Wow you must really get the sense of stepping into Viking history when you drink those gin and whiskies, amazing country, very different from here in Australia!

So how did you like the spirits in Iceland?? What else did you do while here??

The spirits were great and I like how they are finding their own identity with local sourced ingredients, herbs, spices from the island. I toured the whole island, went snowmobiling and hit all the major tourist sites. Hiked a lot. I can’t wait to go back. -Jeff

@@drinkdestinations yes we used to do a spirit from the Angelica plant both roots and seed pods it has a very distinct flavour that i love :-) we have allso a thriving craft beer scene where some are using local ingredience such as whale products you have to come try it out :-) Bergthor

Yeah it was awesome learning about all this. I just finished up a story about prohibition in Iceland ending in 1999. Couldn’t believe that.

Hahahahaha great story. I can only imagine the others you have that need to be shared over a beer. Yeah my apologies your right it was only beer, I should have clarified. I will say people from Iceland no how to drink. 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
