I came here to see if anyone else had figured out how easy Homeland was :D A simple observer or cluster of photon cannons at the Heart of the Conclave would've helped them out a lot.
Needed a break at 41:50 ? :) Very nice job! It's funny to see how some missions can be utterly cheesed (e.g. Mission 7 where you simply sprint towards the enemy Nexus and ignore the overwhelming army inbetween) whereas some require you to follow the game's rules and build an army / econ. I'm overall surprised at how... peaceful the enemy AI is, given how few attacks you sustained on your home bases. Were we much worse players in the past? :p How much optimization do you think remains for this route? I'd wager Mission7: The Trial of Tassadar could do with a few less Reavers (maybe two to four less) but anything else?
Break simetimes needed. AI must be peaceful otherwise he will kill us before we build a base. It gives us the opportunity to develop base and he attakes in waves. Yes, we was very weak in past. I remember how I can't kill 1 AI in 1998 :) You can see better time on speedrun.com 49m 31s www.speedrun.com/sc1#Protoss_Campaign
@@atpstealer Great :DD Looking forward to it. I also have a suggestion, try speedrunning Mass Recall on hard? I guess it makes many speedrunning strats from SCBW not viable.
If you have time to press F10 at the beginning of the dialogue, the game does not freeze and we have the opportunity to continue to control units. But the mouse cursor disappears
Tbh tbh last time I played this game was maybe 2010 2009 my mom ended up getting me a Xbox 360 got call of duty and that was I put down the sticks for this game man do I regret it lol

@@atpstealer Thanks for the link!
Nice
Damn, and I thought I won the last mission fast as a kid by building 40 speedlots and marching them straight to the overmind
is it working? i need to try it
I tryed. First time 13:20. I thing it may be better. Abort 9 min
I guess this is my contribution to the speedrunning community? I wonder how will it look like with an actually good player like you.
@@vladimirtchuiev2218 Of course. Thank you. I will make video. :)

it's never too late to get through
Why keep loading at 28 min?

it's not a speedrun, it's save&load run

Speedruning RTS is POINTLESS!! This is just one campaign there are 6, most are longer then this one... 10 hour speed run really?
There are also such categories. Yes.
