Damn this hit the spot. You briefly mentioned that you’re now living on your own and from following you I know you’ve moved cities. Don’t want to overstep but I would love to know how you’re dealing with “leaving the family behind” or if that’s never been a problem for you. Only if you’re comfortable talking about it obvs. Thank you so much for all of this, you’re a true inspiration. Love x

I’ve been in a growth journey since I left year 11 4 years ago, I instantly realised how toxic of an environment I was in and unfollowed like 300 people + on social media’s and also removed followers that I didn’t want seeing my stuff, since then I’ve been pretty quiet on social media. The next thing that I did was try to become more in touch with my emotions and become more self aware as that’s been able to help guide me into different routes, I’m now on antidepressants, I’ve done one round of therapy and I’m on a waiting list for another, it’s all about trial and error. Then in February of this year I joined the gym properly (I joined twice previously but cancelled within 3 months) and now I train 3 days a week with a push pull legs split and I’ve gained so much confidence with that. My goals are to decide what I want to do with my career, I didn’t go to uni but I am working and I’m ok with my job I think I want to try work my way up to a slightly more in charge role to better the place I’m working, I also want to try to delete tiktok but that’s hard for me since I spend so long on there as an escape (it’s so unhealthy but it’s procrastination at its finest) also wanna sort out my eating habits because I’ve been in a cycle of unhealthy eating habits for way too long. But these all come with time and I will get there 100%. You are one of my biggest inspirations along side anna archer🫶🏼

I quit tiktik and I must say, it changes how you view yourself when you're not influenced like that anymore. Honestly feels so good. In the beginning quitting is really hard, so I used Pinterest a lot whenever I felt like I automatically checked my phone for social media. Pinterest is a much healthier way to get inspiration and after a while it becomes quite boring too, so you easily let it go. Anyway, I know you can do this! You got this x Big hug from a stranger on the internet!

2:15 I was there two years ago. I was right there. I had zero motivation to do anything and the fact that life couldn't stop for me was overwhelmingly painful. I had to keep doing stuff, work, college, but I felt like shit and I knew I looked like shit as a result. Not just because I had stopped taking care of myself like I used to, but also because I was on a constantly fight-or-flight mode. My body was rigid, I even flinched when someone would tap my shoulder. That's how bad it was. I got back in the gym despite all of that pain and it helped me clear my head. I started therapy, which helped me order my thoughts and make a plan. And right now I'm at a place in life I didn't think was possible two years ago. I thought that was it, that I was never going to be myself again. That the "me" I had known before was fake and this, the version of me in deep pain, was the real me.
Find help, reach out to friends, push yourself in small steps. Please, please, it gets so much better. I promise you.

Sooo applicable to leveling up your life and getting clear on how you want to live and feel. They have soo many meditations specifically for getting clear on what you're dream life truly looks like and visualizing it so you can become this person! Incredible habit stacking - can't help but share b/c I feel like you'd love it haha :)) it's been a game changer for me! So excited to explore all of your content x

My previous goal in life was to be a tattoo artist and after following you and falling in love with the gym I’ve realised I want other people to experience that. So I am not training to become a personal trainer and I am so excited.
Ive just watched this video and taken so many mental notes for what I want to do with my life and the person I want to become so badly so I want to thank you!

I can't work, I cannot train consistently, I cannot travel, I have to have someone with me 24/7 to do my medications. I feel like disabilities are not spoken about in the fitness community. Most people are healthy and trying to get healthier, while some of us are sick and exercise can make it that little bit more bearable for us.

I know you truly mean what you're saying, but even the fact that English is your mother tongue gives you a massive advantage in unlocking an extremely wide audience in pursuing youtube, so I don't feel it's fair to say anyone can achieve it. Having said that, I'm very happy for you, and I don't want to diminish your experience in any way!

Her experience is just an example of what you can achieve using the principles she spelt out for you. Does not mean you don't have to adapt and apply the advice based on your background and goals. Not sure what your comment is even trying to dispute: speaking English is an advantage in life? Duh
