@@sydgrowsyou should get more of a dog seat wether its fully inclosed or open on the top, it keeps them more secure in a box rather than a leash in an accident can break there spine but the yanging of the neck
the fact you have leaned out while running and noticed your glutes flatter is probably because you are not eating as much as the extra running you are doing. You mentioned in another video that you used to not eat breakfast and I was wondering how the rest of what you eat in the day changes from making that change xx
potentially although i have also just skipped training glutes for quite some time! and yes i meant when i was a in my early twenties i used to skip breakfast but now i always have breakfast because otherwise my pcos will flare up 🧚✨ but mostly id say im just having smaller portions and eating less super processed, super sugary foods xx

But I find its so hard to balance my gym days, DOMS afterwards and a running day. How does everyone else make this work? Ie, number of runs and spacing them with gym! Please helppp
