Yes. Many artists, for example, get asked to work on new series by the writers or production company. I know recently, a large organization hired a bunch of artists to work on webtoon adaptations of some popular fantasy novels. I'm not sure how common this practice is though

Btw the title of my manga story is Meteorite's Gift but I'm still thinking a better title for my manga story
Im still trying to figure out how to make my comic/manga without a computer or digital software i pefer doing it the old fashioned way and i honeslty just dont have the money at all for softwares but dont know if my book will be taking seriously enough if its strictly handdrawn
