This is it, the final stretch! I love the cutscene before it all starts. Seeing the party get all psyched up and the older party members talk about their 7's outfits as being the "fighting clothes" is precious. There's so, so much to like about this whole segment imo. The island itself looks amazing. The architecture and design looks great, I like that even here, there's a tower that we have to get to. I love the idea of this cult having their own island that we're now invading to save the day. So much goodness in this one!

I was 5 levels underleveled the first time I did this so this was actually kind of a challenge.
30:05 If an enemy using area attack and I press O at the right time, I wish in the future not just 1 member can have perfect guard. But all affected members also triggered a perfect guard.
Pretty sure it happens though, at least for some area attacks. I wouldn't have survived some boss fights otherwise.
@@DanielFerreira-ez8qd from my personal experience only one will have perfect guard,the rest always just have to suffer. Do you remember in what situation everyone can perfect guard at the same time ? What enemy and what move they use ?
Others can perfect guard any attack no matter what. It’s simply a matter of timing
@@risktorise2103 some story bosses with AoEs, Like the final boss. I know for a fact they worked because that fight relied on perfect guards for some attacks. The thing is, the damage is reduced but they still have the pain animations, so it doesn't look like their damage is reduced but anedoctally I can almost guarantee it reduces damage.
