What is there to say about this segment? It's so good. Kiryu being back in his suit normally wouldn't be anything too out of the ordinary, but seeing him actually aged in it for once is incredible. The music is wonderful. Kiryu going to the tower once again is symbolic. And then there's THAT segment in the middle... phew. Words can't express how much fun this whole part is. Much like the recent couple of uploads, I really wanted to make a kickass thumbnail to show my love for this part. I spent about an hour to two hours making this one.

This is probably my favorite tower fight. It has everything i loved from previous ones and it has A FUCKING RECIEVE YOU REMIX and THE FOUR both playing its soooo good. Plus going from street to into the tower is just nice god i love this dungeon
The Four continuing once you're done with the fight makes it so much better too

I've been thinking if Eiji exposing that Kiryu actually still alive to the public, inadvertently help Daidoji to release Kiryu. Since Eiji through Tatara channel exposed Kiryu, there's no more reason to pretend and keep the old deal between Daidoji and Kiryu. Maybe if that's right, Ichiban does have good reason to forgive Eiji in the ending.
But remember when Kiryu says that he deliberately disappears and not because he was forced to
@@azuresapphire220 doesn't matter. Either way the deal was made that Kiryu has to pretend to die. In infinite wealth ,if you follow the bucket list quest with Date, Daidoji threatening Kiryu by abducting Date in case he tries to renegade his deal with Daidoji. After Kiryu beat the agent he promised to never contact Date again,or anyone from his past life as well. But we see in the end Kiryu got his name back ,most likely his deal was changed to a more lenient one.
Yeah but that probably isn't even the 3rd reason why Eiji is forgiven in the end

You can easily see the hate he has for that tower.
How many tragedies connected to that tower? Tetsu Tachibana, Akira Nishikiyama, Yumi Sawamura are the ones most connected to that tower.
One of the best long battles in the franchise, along with Y0's Dojima HQ(Majima), Y6 Millenium Tower and Lost Judgment's final warehouse. From the way they battling through hordes of enemies, to the iconic teamup of the Tojo pillars, and finally the helicopter sequence.
Both the first phase song and second phase song are amazing.
This will forever be remembered as the legendary dragon's final heroic long battle
It's was a generic bit like in every yakuza game ,the helicopter is re used from old game ,you must be new
@@Maelstromaku i played all the games since Y0, the helicopter and tower were in the old games but the long battle this time just have more epic events and the emotions feel deeper.

I disagree, this is one of the lamest long battle in the series. The Jimas were the only interesting bit and it lasted like 4 minutes. Yakuza 6 Millennium Tower raid is more hype.
That part when you fight with the Jimas is like the second, third and fourth coming of Christ (the first is Kiryu wearing back his legendary suit and hairstyle)
Another thing I love about the “the four” fight with the Jimas is they have attacks when you knock enemies into them just like their boss fight which makes them seem more like party members.
The classsic suit looks more detailed than ever in this game you love to see it
Millenium Tower, might as well just convert it into final boss arena by the construction workers at this point.
This is my favorite long battle in the entire series, as someone who played all the games. I mean, we're fighting up the Millenium Tower, probably for the final time as Kiryu, along with "Receive and Believe You" playing in the background, which was a really great remix of Receive You, especially in the part when we got to fight alongside Majima, Saejima, and Daigo.
Man this whole part was legendary, I love it.
Would like to see someone compare all Millennium Tower raids and relative preparedness of the defenders. I feel like this one ranks pretty high, Ebina seems to have taken them seriously.
Oh yeah, you get the impression he's throwing everything he has at his disposal at us. Wave after wave of grunts, a load of ex-Omi who will be particuarly motivated for this battle, and attack helicopters. He did his research...

I love that the thumbnail colors are reversed between the Hero team and the Dragon team (both red and black, but applied between background and character borders). Granted, I would have gone with cyan and white for the Hero team along with red and black for the Dragon team, but I think your choices are michi better than mine.

The reasons as to why I went with mine are:
• Both cyan and red are complementary, symbolizing the complementary natures of Ichiban and Kiryu respectively, along with the current status of Ichiban and Kiryu.
• It is part of Gaiden's IW demo wallpaper.
• It also reflects my pfp for good measure, lol (I won't say that it is the reason, but I just figured why not).
This has to easily be one of the bets Millenium Tower Raids. Not just because you've got Kiryu back in his classic suit and you've got a new version of Receive You blaring away, but you really feel like it's such an intense gauntlet: like the Seiryu Clan are really throwing EVERYTHING they have at Kiryu and the gang to tire them out enough for the final battle. Waves of grunts and the helicopter is one thing, but Ebina's also lined up a bunch of former Omi Alliance officers who have more than ample reason to want Kiryu dead, and such will act as a particuarly tough hurdle to overcome.
Plus the whole segment in the middle as the four legends team up for the final time and the music changes to a far more triumphant fare as you're pushing through to the final stage. Though not sure why the last three are dressed up like MIB commandos for some reason...
Also, you should use Essence of Remembrance/the Dragon God throughout. Just so they know exactly who they're up against.

Decided to rewatch for fun and i don't think the y6 bar is in this version. Usually the area that would take is there is where the 4 scene happens then onwards is qll new areas. Just a fun detail ig. Y7 has the bar as the last room before the final boss. But other than missing bar this has the same rooms as y6 and y7 i think

Devilleon7. How did you get Kiryu’s HP to be at 3145 on Legend? The max I can get his HP is 2626 on Legend at Level 99 and Rank 99 with Dragon Binding equipped in both accessory slots.
I'm also using two Dragon Bindings for this video but I also maxed out every job to level 99, the permanent stat buffs from them help a lot with getting to 3000+ HP. And to complete the missing gap, I farmed HP boosters at the Can Quest mini-game in Yokohama. I also had ultra boosters that I obtained either from the dungeons or the DLC pack.
Thank you. What you shared just shows RGG thinks of a lot of ways to help players upgrade their characters. It gives them the freedom of choice to boost character stats instead of limiting them to certain tasks or activities they might not like.
As much as I like the game this was a little weird, perhaps I am yet to get used. LaD 7 was fun because it matches Ichiban, turn based it's actually fun! But seeing Kiryu in a long battle we're about 8 games usually seeing him on beat em up' mode, it was *definitely* a new view, mixed emotions here, but yeah... It's nice to sometimes get out the bubble.
(Also holy shit the 3jimas part 😭 so nice aaaaagh)
