Tuf 3 tito vs ken was the first one i watched. Still one of the best. Thats when you realised Tito was a nice honest guy who cared about his fighters. He switchd to Troll mode every time he was in Kens eyesight 😂. Ken is sooo easy to wind up. 😂

It's interesting to me because no one in MMA knew Jean-Charles, but if you followed muay thai, then you knew it was about to go down. It's sorta like seeing Dean Lister on TUF 3. MMA fans didn't know Dean yet, but if you watched ADCC '03, then you knew.

We sometimes forget the type of pressure a coach has. If they make you do crazy training, its because it obviously worked for them (thats why they are the leader/coach), but they may forget to take into consideration that EVERYONE is not on there level...not even close. At the end of the day, they mean well.

Actually the training masks really work. Its not the same effect as altitude because the O2 saturation drop only to 90-92%. But the benefits are in diaphragmatic training and CO2 exposure.

I used to never drink water in training, I even felt like a stud when the coach would tell everyone to grab a sip and I didn't move, then I realized how stupid it was and how there's just no benefit to it at all, I was just depleting myself, it is just like not eating

The thing is Rich Franklin’s advice, however strange at the time, was later duplicated by Jon Jones and countless others on the smaller promotions.
