      +Sameer Ahmed Thank you so much for booking the trek with Mountain Ram Adventures. I got to meet you because you came with my company. It was really nice trekking with you. You guys were exceptionally nice people and your understanding level is very high. You were fine with all the conditions we had on the trek. I am amazed. Thank you again.

    ALOHA (Hello) Ram,
    I just wanted to say thank you for making your videos. I am disabled and bedridden so I no longer can go hiking like I used to do. It was nice seeing all the places you go. It amazes me how Nepal and Hawai'i can look the same in some places. It's a small world! Thanks again for making these videos.
    To Ram and my RUclips Ohana (family) have a great day/evening. Take care, stay safe and don't forget to share your aloha spirit with another.
    GOD BLESS,
    - AuntyKeli ;-)

    Thanks for the video. Did this trek in February. It was harder with the snow. The scenery is better in the fall.

    • @RamSharanUpreti1981
      @RamSharanUpreti1981  9 лет назад +3

      +Tashi Tsering Very good to hear that you have done this trek and Of course its difficult in February because of a lot of snow. I have done this trekking in all the different seasons so i know how difficult it is in February. It was difficult even this time too because of landslides and rain. Good thing is that locals are clearing the trail so it will be fine soon. Thank you for the comment :)

    Very interesting. Rain days can mean a lovely day of rest. Trekking is hard but rewarding. The food along the treks is amazing but I am mindful to no be too choosy. What ever is the easiest for them or what is already being made. Use less fuel. I also like to stay in some places for 2 nights and walk a round looking for birds. Relax my sore feet.

    ohhh!..so then trekking there should not be during rainy days--and surely if u stayed overnight in that place where u supposed to be staying for the night instead of walking 4hours to next destination u hadn't bothered by that storm..but the good thing was locals' hospitality is alive and that u're with other trekkers--t'was still fun and good experience!
    ..GOD IS ALWAYS WITH YOU RAM..AND UR GROUP--
    ..

    • @RamSharanUpreti1981
      @RamSharanUpreti1981  7 лет назад

      Yeah, Julia, trekking in the rain is not so easy but it was not raining everyday and we could still see the mountain and get the hospitable people and most importantly, i like being in the nature where nothing distracts the peace of mind. Its always good to be in the nature. Thank you so much for the comment and likes :)

      No, i have not got any altitude sickness yet but you never know when i will get altitude sickness. I hope not to get it. I like going slow so its less likely to get altitude sickness when do trek slow. This trek is not too fast climbing. Its normal itinerary. thanks for the comment :)

      Yes, its safe to travel in early August but yes you have to be very careful while trekking because there is always a chance of landslides. Raining time is bit more risky to trek but its still possible if you are careful enough.

      +Jitendra Sah Its good to hear that you are interested in visiting Gosainkunda. Being Nepali, you don't need to get any documents to go to Gosaikunda. You can take bus to dhunche which leaves from Machhapokhari, kathmandu and start trekking towards Gosainkunda. If you need any information, you are welcome to call me or message me. But if you wish to go through my company, please visit me at my office Mountain Ram Adventures at Thamel, Kathmandu.

      Hi Smrity, Yes, you can go to Deurali 1st day , 2nd day Laurebinayak and thrid day to Suryakunda and farkina bhayauchha tara suraykunda gayera kaha samma farkine ho ? Laurebinayak bata Suryakunda garera gosainkunda farkine ho bhane ok but more that its too much. Its too risky too because its too high to walk too much. I would suggest you to go from Laurebinayak to Suryakunda (thats pass 4610m) and return to Gosainkunda for overnight stay. If you have any other thing in the mind, please feel free to call me, message me on facebook or write me or my company email. I will be happy to assist you in planning your trip. Ram

      Thank you so much for liking my video. I am glad to hear that you are doing this trek in October, i am sure you will have a great time. Moderate level of fitness will be fine. You don't need to be hardcore trekker to do this trek. Its kind of easy trek but remember you are going to walk long long up hills up to Gosainkunda and after you will be walking long long down hills :) By the way, if you haven't booked the trek yet, you can join our team from Mountain Ram Adventures. Mountain Ram Adventures is my company from where i orgnize treks, tours and climb :)

      Hi Sharma ji, i am fine, thank you. Nice to hear that you have seen my previous video too :) No, you can't reach Gosainkunda by 2 wheeler. You can take it to Dhunche and you have to walk for 2 days or 3 days to get to Gosainkunda. You can finish this trip in 5 or 6 days Kathmandu to Kathmandu. Please feel free to ask me anything :)

    • @sharmalinkinpark1293

    • @RamSharanUpreti1981
      @RamSharanUpreti1981  7 лет назад

      First day drive from Kathmandu to Dhunche and trek to Deurali, next day trek to Laurebinayak and then trek to Gosainkunda overnight. Another day you can trek down to Dhunche and last day drive back. So you can finish it 5 days but i would recommend you to have 6 days so you can do it bit easily.

      I think its possible, if you walk long hours. You can take early bus to Dhunche and trek to Chandanbari the same day and next day you go to Gosainkuda and back to Laurebinayak and the third day trek down to Dhuche starting very early in the morning and return to Kathmandu in the afternoon bus. But its will be very very difficult because it will be like marathon trek :)

Plus I have heard that it's better to start from sundarijal side and return to dhunchhe side. Ani sir hajur le client liyera gako huna le ali badi time la hola, what would be the optimum time period for trekking starting from Ktm?

      Hi Rayman, winter ma pani gosainkunda gaye hunchha tara dhunche ko bato bhayera janu hai. You never know if the pass is open or not in the winter so if you go from dhunche side, you can decide either to go over pass or not when you are at gosainkunda. You can ask with local when you are there.
