- In this Adventure we are Overnight Camping for three days and two nights at Myles Standish State Forest! Camping around Charge Pond we see the beautiful fall foliage coming alive and discover old remanets of cottages (fireplace/chimney) around the pond.

I’ve been waiting for another video from my brother Gil, and this did not disappoint! I’ve been to that campground for some day trips many years ago, great place! As a matter of fact my wife and her family used to camp there often when she was a child… definitely a nice place out of season. Looked like you had the whole place for yourself. Soo beautiful with the fall colors coming out, the pond was pristine and this campground had a five campers spread about so absolutely felt like all to my self 😁 ... You know I love old historical sites and discovering those fireplace chimney's was AMAZING! I will definitely return for more camping in the future. Great place to explore and hike through nature. The best thing for the inside is the outside! It is always good medicine to be out in the woods for a hike or a campout!!

I heard you can see Jupiter in the night sky on a clear night. But when I go camping, I love looking at the stars. Being in nature is good for your mind, body, and soul.

Great trip out this looks like a beautiful area to camp in and explore. I like the I'm not a professional moments it's all good none of us are I had one of those moments happen on our last backpacking trip. How did the little table work out for you one this adventure? I've considered buying one for out camping kit. Those old chimneys are a cool discovery it's pretty neat when they can still be used to have campfires in even though the rest of the structure is long gone.
Hey Brother ☺️ I was so excited for this adventure and it was absolutely amazing! I really enjoyed cooking the food over the open fire, it was definitely a fun experience (definitely not a professional 😁) ... The little table was the perfect height and lightweight. The surface is smooth and slightly slick so having the cloth helped. It's sturdy and just the right size for camping. Can't wait to get out for another hiking adventures camping overnight, I definitely have the bug! Always appreciated my friend 🤠🌲☕

Especially loved the 5am view of the stars, and the extended pause to enjoy nature sounds the final night.

Hey Gil, I apologize first of all for being a day later to this video than I had planned.
How exciting your first overnight adventure, I can see you really put a lot of thought into your set up of the tent!
Now, I’m not blaming anyone but I think that Chucky did it, I think he took the firewood and he’s just not telling.
I love how detailed you are with this, the fact that you list every step of your adventure, it’s going to be so helpful for someone else who’s making the same trip out there.

It’s funny you mentioned chili because I just asked Ivan to make some this weekend and it just finished last night in the pressure cooker I think I’ll be heating up a bowl fairly soon!
I’m not a professional either but I don’t think it takes something like that to be able to share your own methods and what you find works for you, everyone has their own way of doing specific things.
It’s so nice to see some authentic content, I usually don’t make it this far into longer videos because the other ones I’ve seen don’t engage with their audience, but I’ve enjoyed every moment of this.
Your presence with the camera, the way you engage with your audience, you make every moment enjoyable.

Aww thank youuuu so much my fam 🤗 This was an absolute joy and wonderful experience! Those two nights camping surrounded by nature and listening to the critters melodies of music was soothing and relaxing. I wanted the best view waking up so the tent had to be in the right spot 🏕️ ... I love cooking and this experience over the campfire was absolutely the best! Minus the smoke in the eyes lol

The absolute excitement when I found the chimney, oh my goodness! I couldn't believe it. Finding out cottages were there many years ago was sooo cool! I absolutely had a great time, it will be a memory cherished forever ❤️❤️❤️
