Thank you, Gil for the pack info. I didn’t realize that was the L.L. Bean Rucksack. I actually have the early version of the waxed cotton Continental Rucksack with the leather trim, brass buckles and fleece padded shoulder straps. I don’t know quite when they changed the construction, but it looks to be updated and lighter weight now. I think I got mine (a Christmas present from my husband) 25-30 years ago. How time flies! Oh WOW! I didn't know about the older version 😲 This version has been super durable and withstood my outdoor hiking abuse lol ... Going through thick brush at times and barely a scratch on it. This piece of land was speaking to me, my heart and soul and all the emotions one feels. I often wonder how these boulders and rocks form , as you mentioned. Thank youuuu so much! Ahhh yessss the elusive mystery! I discovered this past year maps and satellite imagery showing a structure (or what appears to be one) deep in these woods. The civilian conversation Corp created the network of trails here, so my thoughts were maybe they had a structure while doing their work here. Unfortunately, I have yet to find such shelter/building. Thus the great mystery. I absolutely love the fall season and the array of colors, so beautiful! Aw thank you so much for taking time to watch and share your thoughts. Awww ... One thing I've learned over the years, always respect nature and your surroundings. Nature will always provide direction where to go but we must be vigilant and always on alert, never take for granted how easy getting lost in the woods can occur. Oh my goodness! When I came across this boulder and the beauty around and on it I was completely amazed! The boulder reminds me of someone who tells a story and everyone gathered around to listen. I suppose that's why I love telling stories, I relate so much to nature and God's wonderful creation.
