- In this Natureman Adventures we are gear testing the Naturehike cloud up one person tent and Onewind tarp during passing rain showers.
Do they leak? Passing showers poured down quickly and heavily leaving each one sagging but all seams held up and no leaks found.
Although this rain event moved quickly it was sufficient to test the waterproofing of each piece of gear.

I've got to say, Brother Gil, your videos have come a long way from where they started. They were always enjoyable to watch, but now they're on a whole new level. It's clear you're getting much better and definitely more comfortable on camera. Your delivery is more confident, your editing skills have improved, and the overall production quality has taken a huge leap forward. The improvement is impressive. Much respect for braving this brutal humidity lately to keep creating content. I don't know about you, but I'm really looking forward to this coming fall! Keep up the great work, Brother Gil.

The heat and humidity has been sweltering but felt so good to get out and finally test the gear in the rain. Plus, the sound of the rain was soothing. I didn't notice until editing, but there was a cool fogginess amongst the trees giving a calming atmosphere as well. Always appreciate your kind words and support, until the next adventure enjoy every moment of life 🤠🌲☕
But tent from decathlon for 30£ look better has got same features and weight is 2.4

You were totally bummed out about the weather report speaking of no rain. But alas, nature came through for you ! And how elated you were after the second passing rain shower. Now on to the tent & tarp review... your tent did a great job staying dry. And the tarp worked well too ! You explained everything with clarity & integrity and that is really helpful for ones' interested in a future purchase. This was a great "experiment" Natureman . Am glad it was successful ! Thank you for letting your personality shine through despite any challenges. You prove how much fun camping can be. ⛈🌦🏕
Right?! LoL I may have been a tad bit overdramatic 🤫🤣 but I was soooo happy when the rains finally came. It was a fantastic experiment and soon we'll be putting the gear to the test for an overnight adventure, can't wait and will definitely share the experience. Aw thank youuuu so much Marilyn, I believe every moment we live there are lessons to live and pass along that experience to others. You never know when they will need that knowledge for themselves. Yessss! Totally so much fun camping, now let's see, I think they're a cup of coffee waiting for us 😉🤠☕🌲🍃
A bit of drama is a good thing !! You handled it with class Natureman. Oh boy on the upcoming overnight excursion. That is going to make for a fun video for sure !! Just please be safe though. Do you have bears in your neck of the woods ? It would be interesting to learn what precautions you take. I adore camping at night, listening to all the night critters. I can't wait for your upcoming camp-out !! Yes, This will be a blast. I can already smell that campfire coffee !!!
Absolutely 😁 Years ago bears were few and far between where I live but now they are migrating here. Urban development has pushed them out of their natural habitat into the cities with reports in some neck of the woods.
I'm sooo excited for the upcoming overnight camping trip, I will be safe. I'll be camping at a hipcamp location on private land. If a bear would show up, just invite for a cup of coffee? 😁 LoL

Yes, the wild animals are definitely on the move because of development. It really is having a detrimental impact on Florida's at risk animals like the Panther. Am relieved to hear you'll be in a safe location. It will be more relaxing for you and you can sip that cowboy coffee without too much worry Mr. Bear won't make a friendly visit. Just don't let it smell those biscuits baking in the skillet....😁🐻 Am excited for ya ! Looking forward to your Awesome upcoming experience !!!
