Akimboat could be a character who's been subjected to Empurata (like Soundwave). It lines up perfectly since he not only has a mono-eye, but no normal hands either.
This has to be hands down my favourite transformer you have made mainly from the name because the pun of a name works perfectly and i don’t think could be improved

If you use like a cheese slope for the head (if there is enough room) it might look like a sailor's hat. Preferably like a darl grey or even navy blue
