Brilliant reinvention of Soundwave! The DJ set up is wicked and is a proper upgrade to the Cassette player, maybe even giving him a bit more plausible mass to fight I'd say about Deluxe sized Bots. The Head is sleek, and stands out amazingly against that musical monolith of a body. The all black limbs put a lot of focus into his torso, with the cool record pecs (pecords) and the cassettes window now in the stomach. Love the new Cassetticons. The sharp guitar works as a bird head, Ravage is great, and Frenzy (though Rumble to me, but your universe your rules) and his drum piledrivers slap. Truly a Superior Soundwave.
Compared to a lot of his other designs, especially the small ones, this is refreshingly simple. The transformation points are largely joints and not stud slides or pivots. A lot of the transformation steps are ones you'd see in the official toys, too. I love it when he makes designs that feel like they could be handed to someone and they'd understand what to do pretty quickly

You are really genius. I was surprised at a lot of things. Soundwave's chest face, laserbeak's guitar head and frenzy's g1 cassette reference.... Adding magenta is amazing decision.

His head looks like Earthspark Soundwave’s head, and his build is definitely a mix of Animated and Prime. And his arms remind me a little of Dark of the Moon. You have created an ultimate Soundwave design.
this is the single most unique take on soundwave. i really love it, and i also really love how the minions are still in theme. just over all a really well put together set of characters
Soundwave is easily my favorite transformer as well, and I've always loved his little cassetticons. This build is incredible, love every aspect of each character.
I love that frenzy is almost a miniature version of soundwave here. He has the same magenta visor, the same tall shoulder pylons and long arms, and even has a face on his chest with the cymbals being the eyes and the gold grill being a mouth. Awesome set of builds
I can totally see this version talking like his Transformers Cybertron version. Keeping the G1 version’s robotic voice, but talking like a stereotypical DJ.
I love his big angry chest face so much, I could see the Gurren Lagann inspiration immediately. And the minions are adorable. This is one of my favorite of your redesigns.
Before this, Transformers Prime Soundwave was my favorite Soundwave design. I actually think the guitar forming Lazerbeak's head is really clever, and it kinda looks like Zapdos, which to me helps further the whole, club/rave theme the whole team has going for them! Can't wait to see the other redesigns in this series!

I personally call the Red humanoid cassetticon Frenzy, but you can call either one either name. That being said, it's a missed opportunity to call him rumble since a good drum kit can RUMBLE the dance floor.
The face on soundwaves chest is incredible detailing. Each of the minions are also incredibly well done especially considering how they each start from such a small size. Bravo!
I can not get over how good this design is. It takes all the best parts of every single soundwave design across all the media (g1s face and chest, prime’s gangly arms, bayverse’s speakers along the arms, animated’s guitar and music theme) it really is just perfect and i need studentscissors to be hired as the lead character designer for a new transformers show

I know there's a lot of debate about the Rumble V Frenzy argument, but here's a bit of head canon I'd like to propose: None of the Decepticons, not even Soundwave actually know which one is which, and the duo aren't exactly great at clearing it up themselves. So everyone just addresses both of them at the same time.

This is INSANE. I think this is possibly the coolest Lego transformer, custom lego ANYTHING I’ve ever seen. From perfect execution to creativeness I give nothing but applause. The cassettecons blew me away too and I wasn’t even expecting them to be included. Soundwave being my favorite transformer and the animated version being one of my favorite designs, this one nerded me out. If you’d ever sell instructions I’d buy them instantly.
Dude I think this is your best build yet! Absolute TFA vibes going on with the aesthetic and the shoulders + proportions, and it’s similarly a great and fresh reimagining of Soundwave. Coupled with the long arms of TFP, this makes for a super unique version of the character. And the cassettes are just the cherry on top, you integrated the DJ/Rave aesthetic practically perfectly with all of them, the drum set being a standout winner
God, this is such a work of art. Everything from his transformation to the way you worked elements from both prime and animated, even the wat that the yellow and black on his chest resembles his g1 tapedeck, but still resembles a demonic face is just perfect, it's familiar enough to be recognizable while still looking unique. Ravages head isn't a camara, but rather one of those dancing laser lights. That or a fog blower, but I think the laser light fits the transformer's idea better.
Been watching for a while and always think your creations were great but havent commented much. This is amazing. The design is unique but very on point. This is the best looking rendition of soundwave in years and could fit snuggly into animated.
This Soundwave is fantastic. Altmod stereo system and color scheme - a modernized version of the classic G1. Long and thin arms are a reference to the image from TF Prime. The sonic weapon on his hands is already from the image of Soundwave in the movies. In other words, this Soundwave took all the best from all his incarnations, but at the same time came with a unique design of both altmod and robomod
This is actually my favorite original take of Soundwave. Its so unique, but its still very much like Soundwave. Plus, hiding in raves for missions fits his character, considering he was somewhat of a spy in G1.

No, he did build Frenzy. The only time that rumble was blue was the g1 cartoon. As 95% of the time frenzy is the blue one. And was technically the the blue tape deck in the g1 toy line which the cartoon is based on.

Having him be a DJ station's really cool and I also like how you've got a DJ holofigure right here for Soundwave to project: 1:39 And I also am here to say that I don't mind if who I call Rumble you call Frenzy. I just see Frenzy as being that red guy and Rumble having those piler drivers. Especially since he had those in the Transformers: War for Cybertron video game.

As a G1 fan who played Lego and whose Soundwave and Buzzsaw were my firsts just t transformers ever, this is amazing !!!! :)
