This is not how my job turned out. The surface is so uneven and rippled, you can see obvious trowel marks, the coping around the pool is only glued in some areas. The pool had so much of the product in it, we are having a tough time removing. I see they edged on a lot of videos, not mine. My landscaping rock is covered with splatters of rubber. My walkway to the back was covered with rubbertone pieces. They power washed and now i just have a muddy mess with all the landscaping rocks next to the house and fence. I will need to hire someone to come out and fix it. This was a $17,000 project that I deeply regret. Not getting answers from Rubberstone AZ. The Supervisor told me he would be over the next morning to fix everything and never showed up. Checked in with the office and got a reply that no one was coming. Very unprofessional people who don't stand behind their product or installation. Don't end up with my ugly deck. They make your ugly deck even uglier.
