Thank you for doing this! 2.5 years ago I started my journey back to a healthy lifestyle. I lost 75 pounds. 18 months ago I fell on ice and sustained a back and neck injury and a concussion that resulted in a brain injury. It stopped everything in my life. 1 month ago I started this video. I have balance and coordination issues so I don't use a step. Yet. Today I was finally able to get through the whole video start to finish. Even though I may have been backwards or off time. I have been watching your videos for ehat seems for forever. 1 day I will use a step. 1 day I will be able to follow one of your regular videos. For now this is my pace. Thank you for breaking it down. 💜

I am just starting. I am 73. I don’t find it all that hard to do the workout w/o a step which is on order. The hardest part is keeping up. On days when I feel a little slow, I can slow the speed to .75, but when you do that, the workout takes longer, sooo I won’t do that too often. Really enjoying this music and the high energy level. I also try to do a few minutes every day at work. After a week I am already feeling less stiff! I am going to get healthy . . . . . God bless

My girlfriends and I have started a virtual fitness class every morning at 6am before the kids get up for school. We've been trying to get the steps and working only side of the beginner's video, this one is the best because it really breaks the steps down and allow you to follow along without feeling lost. I finally dusted off my stepper and did this. Such a fun energizing workout. It was a struggle but I’ll get it in a few weeks! Looking forward to showing out and doing the lives one day! 🙂

I’ve been watching your posts and lives for about a month and a half now but haven’t been able to participate like I wanted to due an existing hamstrings pain. This video allowed me to actually learn the moves in slow mo and which foot goes where. Thanks a lot. I’ll get there eventually.

I use to go to hip hop step aerobic classes I’m Michigan. Once I moved I couldn’t find a class. So glad I found xtreme hip hop..... I fell in love with step aerobics all over again. I’m exercising at home-getting the steps down pat. I hope I can find a class in the Dallas/Grand Prairie area when this pandemic is over.

Day two (Dec 11th)! At 7:23 I stop it and replay it to get 40 mins of sweat in. I am drenching!!!!
I finally dusted off my stepper and did this. Such a fun energizing workout. It was a struggle but I’ll get it in a few weeks! Looking forward to showing out and doing the lives one day! 🙂

I love these classes but am frustrated because I don’t know the advanced moves!! I appreciate this video! It was extremely helpful in learning the basic and intermediate steps. Really wish you could do an advanced video with back camera!! I’d be a class participant for life.

I’ve been watching your posts and lives for about a month and a half now but haven’t been able to participate like I wanted to due an existing hamstrings pain. This video allowed me to actually learn the moves in slow mo and which foot goes where. Thanks a lot. I’ll get there eventually.

My best friend and I started this a month ago Mon-Fri and we were tired after just a few minutes for a good two weeks. Now we start at 18:26 for our warm up then transition to the easy stuff....Keep going everyone! It gets easier. Thank you Phil!

I did a routine today without the step because of a bum knee and the energy was crazy. As soon as this knee is fixed STEPPING is ON!! Phil I need the basics tnx for the video
I use to go to hip hop step aerobic classes I’m Michigan. Once I moved I couldn’t find a class. So glad I found xtreme hip hop..... I fell in love with step aerobics all over again. I’m exercising at home-getting the steps down pat. I hope I can find a class in the Dallas/Grand Prairie area when this pandemic is over.

I purchase your stepper and Matt and I absolutely love it. I’m going to order another stepper and Matt because my sister who have back surgery is doing much better but she’s been doing this with me and my daughter so we’re working through your beginners video we’ve done it twice so far and it’s a work out!
