INGREDIENTS
Makes 8 large cookies
RED VELVET COOKIES
125g salted butter
80g caster sugar
100g brown sugar
1 egg
A few drops of red food gel
260g plain flour
20g cocoa powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp baking powder
CREAM CHEESE ICING
100g Salted butter at room temp
85g Cream cheese at room temp
200g Icing sugar
