  • It’s matcha. It’s latte. It’s both. A pompadour of old-fashioned ermine frosting tops these chewy Grinch-green cookies from Eric Kim. But they’d look just as polished with a dusting of powdered sugar.

I was looking for a matcha cookie recipe to make this Christmas, but since my family has a peanut allergy, I can't make this batch. It would've been nice to have just a little consideration for peanut allergies? But it's abundantly clear that no one in the studio thought even for a second that having a peanut/nut allergy might be a concern. The lack of thought and consideration for things like this is incredibly disappointing.
