Wonderful! I love that you did this the simple, straightforward method. I notice vendor videos for repair of anything ask you to do waaaaay more than you need to. I do have a bit of advice. Metal parts that heat cycle repeatedly, year over year, can become very brittle. As I watched you hammer on the burner tubes, I worried they might shatter. But no, so, hey, good work! I need to do the same repair, but I think I'll start with a pair of pliers to gently twist out the crossover tube. I always got the hammer method as backup!
Like you said at 0:50 into this video ("I'm just lazy"), you might be the laziest guy I've ever seen. 😁 I just replaced the entire burner tube set on my Spirit II E210 grill for $19.99 on Amazon (see URL address below) and did NOT need to remove the knobs or front control panel. It took about 10 minutes tops with no sledgehammer banging. Once you remove the burner tube screws, just pull the old burners toward the back, replace the igniter on the new left tube, and reinstall the new tube set. Also, put some Plumber's Grease on the threads of the new burner tube screws and don't screw them all the way down and you won't need to bang the burner tubes off the mounting screws ever again. I wouldn't replace the crossover tube burner and not the other main tubes, especially looking at the shape your tubes are in and the inconsistent flame they are putting out. Sorry, just sayin'. Knowing what I know now, I would spend the 20 bucks annually and replace the burner tubes on my grill. Totally worth it for much better and consistent flame. www.amazon.com/QuliMetal-Burner-Replacement-Spirit-Controls/dp/B07QWJGQXT/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=ZFJ75CF1NKVW&keywords=burner+tubes+for+Spirit+II+E210+grill&qid=1689882436&sprefix=burner+tubes+for+spirit+ii+e210+grill%2Caps%2C96&sr=8-1-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&psc=1
Thanks for the advice. Got the part and 20 page instructions. Just did it like you and was done in a few minutes.
Thanks again!

Plumbers grease will not withstand internal grill box temps. Waste of time
Great job!! Thank you.
