Very detailed yet very to the point ! I hate watching some streamers that do to much talking and take forever to explain what you’re looking to learn. I’m new to your channel but I hope others can see your channels value ! Props bro 👍🔥🔥
Absolutely love watching your videos! I'd love a video on maintenance of a ceramic coating, high and low pH washes, iron removal etc. which are beneficial to rejuvenation of the coating ❤❤❤
I’m 71 years old and just getting into home detailing or my new F-150 Tremor. I have clay bar and applied sealant then waited and one coat of carnuba wax. I plan to do this again in 8 months. Can you tell me if I need to remove the old sealant and wax before I apply new sealant and wax? If so, what product do I use to remove the old before applying the new? I have looked at videos until I am ready to pass out and still don’t have a clear answer. Your content is the best I have found on RUclips. Thank you very much for all the time you take to help people like me! Jim in Oregon
@@jimcoon Hi Jim, thank you for watching the channel! Yes, you’ll have to remove any remaining sealants/waxes left on the surface as part of the prepping process before going ahead and applying a new wax/sealant. To give you a safe and guaranteed product that will help you remove the preexisting wax on a vehicle, you can buy a “strip wash” shampoo such as one sold by the “Adam’s Polishes” brand. A strip wash shampoo is used just like any other soap you have ever used to wash your vehicle except this soap is just stronger and not “ph neutral” which you need in this scenario. Hope this helps!
@@detailingbeyondlimits Can't thank you enough. Watching you is like watching my son patiently explain all this to me! (or more likely my grandson!). Thanks again
Great video for prep work. The only thing that wasn’t mentioned. Is if you use the Jescar sealant. You need to wait 30 minutes before buffing off. It’s different from the waxes.
If done before a ceramic coat or wax, id charge $95. High ph foam, alkaline soap for hand wash, fall out remover, tar/glue/sap removal, panel wipe, clay bar, second foam and rinse, dry, then the protection. If wax then $120 because its applied by hand so takes a while. Whole process should take around an hour and a half.
@@detailingbeyondlimits there is never a reason to wash a car with dish soap. Ever. I’ve been detailing cars professionally for 10 plus years. I’d rather protect paint and use car wash soap and not use soap made to clean my plates at home :)

@@detailingbeyondlimits yeah that’s simply not true. Nobody and I mean NOBODY recommends using dish detergent as a decontamination for any paint not even white paint on a Nissan. It’s not meant for automotive paints. If that was my car I would have sued you and won💪
