- The Amazing Effects of Hydrogen on the Human Body.

One of the most important aspects of what I do is pushing myself to continuously learn, explore and share. This was certainly the case when I interviewed the Nobel Prize-winning, Dr. Yoshinori Ohsumi, with whom I had the pleasure of meeting in Tokyo and learning all about his studies on autophagy, for which he was awarded the coveted prize in 2016. In this video, filmed during the same trip, I had the pleasure of sitting down with world famous, Shigeo Ohta, PhD, from the Molecular Hydrogen Institute in Tokyo. Dr. Ohta and I had a fascinating conversation over - not a coffee or green tea this time - a glass of hydrogen water. Dr. Ohta is very well known in his field of study around the effects of hydrogen on the human body and his findings are absolutely mind-blowing. From preventative and therapeutic applications to skincare, hydrogen is an element that Dr. Ohta has devoted his life to studying and his insight in this video really is only the tip of the iceberg. People all over Japan are already incorporating hydrogen into their diet and lifestyles in many ways, from hydrogen water to hydrogen baths, and even hydrogen spas and facials! I am almost 68 years old. I've been drinking around 2 or so liters of hydrogen water a day. I feel great - full of energy, just an overall euphoria.
Good for you sir. Sure wish my father would of listened to me about it. They even had a Enagic 501 but they thought it was snake oil. Little does he understand how great Hydrogen rich water is. I'm sure glad you do.

A claim that cannot be made with 99% of china products. Japan has an honorable and humble culture, it is certainly reflected in their engineering and multifaceted tech and medical industries.
An exception may be the alkaline water machine, $4000 without purifying the water, only ionizing it into alkaline (and acidic) components. I produce reversed-osmosis clean water first, then pass it through metallic magnesium-powder resulting in alkaline water and gaseous hydrogen, similar to adding hydrogen pills to clean r.o.-filtered water.

I myself have been taking a lot of folate, from veggies and supplements, as a source of methylation to quench inflammation from Homocysteine, inflammatory by-product of digesting meat (methionine). My hs-crP came out 0.75 (0-5), considered safe for heart-disease...

How do you do it
I have been using and drinking hydrogen peroxide for about 10 years.
On my skin..
Mouth wash.
And drinking it diluting a few drops if it into a glass of water.
After a mouth wash I swallow it.it seems to clear up any problems I might be getting with my lungs and stomach.
I inhale it into my lungs.im not dead yet..I look extremely young and fit for my age .

You buy the hydrogen peroxide that has no chemicals in it just water also in brown bottle you have to read the label. You can buy food grade which is about 35% which has to be deluted One drop in 8 oz of distilled water ..There is a protocol on how to use for benifit. It has been used to gargle , disinfect surfaces and hand sanitizer for killing SARS and MERS viruses in hospitals . It has shown to also to kill COVID-19 VIRUSES AS WELL .But they are not using it go figure. The stuff with aluminum is only good for disifecting and hand sanitizer, but better than nothing FDA has not said a word about this.

We know from chemistry that helium is inert not hydrogen and hydrogen is highly flammable. So I am a little confused.

I knew I had listened to you before, Naomi...When I first started Keto. You were an inspiration, and my doctor was so impressed with my physical exam results, of the bloodwork. I stopped keto, because I was stressed about the large amounts of salt...high blood pressure, but I am still eliminating sugars, and carbs though, and doing intermittent fasting. Now to get my hands on hydrogen tablets!
I too Ammon KETO & others have mentioned the high sodium content in the KETO diet. I simply do not use salt in ANYTHING. The only time I use salt is if it’s in like a bread recipe & required to help with the rise. Otherwise I leave out salt. I don’t purchase prepackaged KETO so that helps as well. I think you can be on KETO & not have a high sodium intake you just have to watch your food choices. Like I don’t eat bacon, for example. That’s full of salt. I have many health issues I’m looking forward to trying this information.
Redmonds salt type salt is generally good for you. Depends I guess some may have issues.

Hydrogen tablets are not so good if you have sensitive stomach. It can also give you diarrhea and you can overdose. On demand hydrogen water generator is best. No need to think about the dosage or side effects from tablets.

Been taking molecular hydrogen (in tablet form) for 3 years now. The pill form is more accessible than hydrogen water because it evaporates very quickly. Fighting the stresses of the world we live in is a must! Everyone needs this!

I LOVE my KANGEN hydrogen water machine so much I became a distributor. Only after my parents decreased all their meds and I began to share the water with everyone. Its pretty incredible to be able to help people with their health through just helping them get hydrogen water at their tap. I've never tried the tablets though like in this video. When drawing my bathe, I usually put in a gallon of 11.0ph from the kangen machine and use my ANESPA shower ionizer for the rest. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask!

should be food grade than there are no Toxig stabilizers no more than 3% hydr. in a glass of distilled water two drops from a pippete into a glass and drink it every day or 1/2 liter in your bath water ..Cheers pun +

This is true, I am using Molecular Hydrogen H2 from AIM Global and after 2 weeks of drinking it I feel that I have enough energy for the whole day and I am happier. So I really believe in the psychological benefit from this.
Unfortunately not a single reference to published clinical trials testing purported benefits of hydrogen vs plain water either in the interview or In the links given.
You drank H2O2 tablets, if you drink 35% food grade H2O2 how many drops in a glass of water would you drink.
In general for 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide most people start with three drops in water two times a day. The natural health library website and Facebook page are a good resource on this and you can search by keyword. Some people do more than this they increased their dosage gradually until the water becomes too bitter.

What is the hydrogen bound to in order to keep it on earth? Hydrogen is lighter than air and so it tends to bubble up to the top of the atmosphere. It has top be bound to something in order for it to stay in the liquid you just drank.
hydrogen breaks down further into h20 (water) and 02 (oxygen).

If Hydrogen breaks with water, it is a gas, freed from oxygen. Drinking hydrogen has to be held down in the 2 parts of water to be in liquid state. Fill a balloon and fly it. It is very combustible too. Either of waters parts are very combustible. It should make you the same.
