Absolutely fascinating. My parents are from Kerala (the state right next to Tamilnadu). I always noticed that the Korean language was the only other language that used the same words for “mother” & “father” as my uniquely South Indian language.. This had me curious. Now, I’m stumbling on this video.
No in Telugu it is nanna nd amma is used in Bihar UP nd Punjab as well!
Ay nadu is a Kerala kingdom. Kanyakumari is just part of it. Kanyakumari is not the Ay nadu.
The Ay formed one of the major chieftains of early historic Kerala, along with the Cheras of central Kerala and the Mushikas of Elimalai in the north.
Greek geographer Claudius Ptolemy (2nd century CE) described the "Aioi" territory as extending from the Baris (Pamba) to Cape Comorin (Kanyakumari).
Kanyakumari was separated from Keralam in 1956 & merged with Tamilnadu state.

Our India is a special country, how North Indian lenguages are connected with western countries and that's like South Indian languages are connected with Eastern countries ,I am proud to be Indian 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
I got hurt when a North Indian song was played at the end when this video was supposed to be about Korean and Tamil. No hatred towards any language. It is just annoying when the social media always thinks of North India and confuses distinguished languages like Tamil with Hindi.
You got hurt when a "north Indian" song came..? bro is Tamil a different country?.. dont forget that you are able to retain your culture coz northern India was fighting all the time... but I am sure your forefathers converted to Christianity or some other cult and now you feel "proud"... what a fake existence..
You get hurt easily, huh?
6:13 Aay nadu/country is in southern Keralam which also includes Kanyakumari. Not just Kanyakumari.
Kanyakumari separated from Keralam in 1956 and merged with Tamilnadu.
Kanyakumari is part of Aay nadu. Kanyakumari is not Aay nadu.
So Kerala songs should be played in this video. Not Tamilnadu songs.

Kanyakumari is once called as Ayuta Which is a district Of Tamil Nadu, located Southern most end of India .which was once ruled by a king under Pandiya daynasity who were the strongest rulers of Tamil Nadu and spreaded all over the world as well, The ruler who roled Kanyakumari under Pandiya dynasty Married her daughter Princess of Kanyakumari to the Prince from Korea, There are still some historical witness that a princess from Ayuta has a brown skin tone and came by a ship flagged with a fish emblem on it (which was the symbol of Pandiyas) and packed with wealth and golds and servents to serve on the way, Still now some Hindu gods are worshipped by Peoples of Korea...This history was forgotten by tamilians and the rights was stolen and celebrated officially by others who don't deserve it, who have behaviour of stolling the rights of others States , thought the title was with the other people officially At least I'm happy still some Tamil family and Korean relatives Still recognise the bonding😌....

Samguk Yusa , written by a buddhist monk Ilyon in 13th century in chinese language , in which he mentions about a 16 yr old Princess Sempavalam (Heo Hwang-ok) who got married at the year 48CE to the first King Suro of Geumgwan Gaya and became the first queen of korean kingdom of Geumgwan Gaya , after her dream in search of her pair that drove her to travel from Ayi kingdom(Tamilnadu) to Korea
2000 years ago the pandiya kingdom is no:1 in trading by sea way
In india.
The princess name seembavalam it mean "red Coral" in Tamil. Who went to korea by sea.
Seem means "red"
Bavalam means "coral"
My only wish
People should know that Tamil Nadu is related, not Ayodhya
Many are misunderstanding that way
Say it louder
Yes pls
People from the north will always try to convince them otherwise
@@hrithickrishnan3615 what north north kindly use India

Such stories can help, but only when there is a convergence of ideas in modern times. And increasingly now THE PEOPLE of all asian nations are looking at each other in a new light, and not just finding similarities, but also enjoying the differences. A lot of credit goes to alt media and social media like RUclips in this regard. Thanks to Korea Now for bring nations and people together in a very interesting and enjoyable way ! 🙏🏻❣
