After her death, he went back & finished it. It sounds fantastic. I got to see them in South Lake Tahoe near the end of her life. GREAT concert. Wish I could remember more.

Anorexia, like alcoholism and many other addictions, is a dreadful disease - so excruciatingly frustrating because a loved one may be right there and yet not be able to get through ... I sincerely hope that more is known about eating disorders and how to treat them now ...
You shouldn't blame her for the anorexia! In her time, anorexia wasn't well recognized and they didn't know how to treat it, unfortunately. Many things led her to have this awful disease and even today with treatment we see people dying from it, imagine in those days. I think you should learn more - or don't even say anything, if you're going to be disrespectful.
