I did not do my first renovation until purchasing our 20th investment property, so there is nothing wrong with buying rent ready properties as you begin your journey as a real estate investor. Thanks. started watching your youtube classes recently. i have learnt alot. i have paid several real estate masterclasses/mentorships, none was successful. given a lot of materials to read and videos to watch and facebook groups that were very useless (sorry to say this); and i found it so complicated to follow through. i dropped out of both, having learnt very little and the money was gone. the groups needed us to sign up to real estate apps that cost over $100/month. this money was not included in the initial money we had paid, later to get to know the apps were owned by the group owners. i don't want to say, no body learnt anything- i saw that some guys were able to break through and find properties and sell at a profit.
i want to start a fresh this year. i will take it simple and follow though the tips you have provided in other videos- 1)I have a job; 2)to buy the books you have recommended-building wealth one house at a time, The one thing; 3)save up at least 10k for my first house, and 4)buy in a location that houses cost
