You should make some content for the average disc golfer. Maybe get a buddy that's not as experienced to throw these disc with you. 90% of us arent chucking putters that far and most of us midrange thatbfar either. Maybe do your regular throw and then hold back on one. These do fly pretty different for lower arm speeds. I absolutely love the content and your unbiased opinion, keep it up man! Hope to see you on top of the some big tourneys next year
Great video! I have been throwing EMac and Buzzz side by side for about six months, and for me I get more glide out of the EMac, but they are incredibly similar. You throw these about 100ft farther than I can, though. :)

One Ezra Midrange throw is two of my drives. I do have a Buzzz which fills a need but will throw a 7 speed Patriot or throw my Avair-X in most cases. Ezra's explosive power makes all these mid range discs to the same thing. Scream and cry until they crash into the ground 400 feet away. They fly the same general path because he makes them. Mine do whatever they want which includes hitting the first available tree.
Solid content Ezra. Hearing a pro say what we all think to be true is important. The Buzzz did set the benchmark, more or less. From watching it seems like you have these more neutral-ish Buzzz-likes (looking at you, Emac Truth) and then stability tweaks to either side. My own vibe is that the Buzzz is the benchmark, but going in other directions is hardly a mistake. If you would like some feedback, perhaps share why you don't like mids and give us some insight into your game. Stoked about following you this next year, keep it up man.

I have one Luster roc in my bag, mostly fairway drivers and a few distance drivers, I throw a premo plastic domed warden and a mortar for upshots, and I use eraser magics for putting.
The best driver/midrange/putter/etc. is whatever feels the most comfortable to you and whatever you can control the best. These videos are still cool to see how each one flies and of course it's fun to see ezra crush it but yeah there's no "correct" answer to these questions

Ezra!!! You left out the Westside Discs Gatekeeper! I highly recommend trying it out. Dead straight disc with a lot of control but slightly deeper than the eMac Truth.
Ezra, have you thrown any Kastaplast? Otb sells some of them. We have similar proportions and play styles so your videos have been the most helpful for form, and I'd be curious what you think about Kasta's 6-speed "fairway mid hybrid class". Plus, the reko bumped my P2s for drives and my wizards for putting.
I feel the same way you do about large-diameter midranges, Ezra! I'd rather have small-diameter ones the same size as putters and drivers. They fit better in my bags and I don't see the need for anything large diameter if you can get a disc with the rim width and dome shape you like.

I just wonder if the last one is a Lucid Emac truth? spec on that is 5 5 0 2, and a Truth without emac is 5 5 -1 1, i would like to se you throw the Lucid-X Moonshine Emac Truth that was released the 5th of Novemer, those in maxweight does not flip (for ordinary humas like me) but goes as far as a fairway, much more glide and stability and less fade. Think you could throw that straight 400feet low cealing :) Keep it up more vids please :D
I don’t really like throwing putters because the rim feels to thin and deep in my hand, so I generally throw mids more. But honestly I see the appeal of throwing putters because they are more accurate.
Did you put tape around your middle finger for a blister? I get blisters there all the time too and was wondering what kind of material did you use to wrap around your finger? Thanks, great vid btw
I'm no expert, but I believe Simon made a video about that saying you throw exactly the same as a flat shot but you lean back a little. That way you naturally give the disc and anhyzer angle without having to change your technique. Danny Lindahl made a video about it as well I believe.
Great content Ezra. Have you tried out any Kastaplast? Ive been loving their molds. The Reko in K1 feels great for off the tee and the k3 Reko has a great grippy feel. Even though I dont throw my Berg much yet... I would love to see you sling one since you have so much power behind your shots. If you decide to try some can't go wrong with a Kaxe Z or Lots.

Should have tried Kastaplast Kaxe and Kaxe Z :) Admittedly they call it a midrange driver, so it's maybe comparing apples to oranges, but still... falls in the midrange slot and is definitely different from the buzz.
I throw gateway elements and warriors. Elements are a lil flippy and warriors have a lil finish. But yeah a stable putter usually does the job better for me.

I'm just not a huge fan of the larger diameter. I actually really like my Cro which flys the same as these but feels like a putter

Both Nebula and Malta are, and also the Sol. I think those may be the only small diameter mids from Discraft

My favorite by far is the Opto Claymore by lat64.. glides arrow straight out to 350’ and holds any line you put it on. 5/5/-1/1

I get a callus if I don't wear tape and then it does grab. I use electrical tape if your looking to try it out

That is probably correct. I just gave these discs their own flight numbers based on how I think they flew and kind of compaired to each other
Can you do this for Overstable discs? I have an Westside Anvil seeing if there is similar ones or better.

The kcpro rocs do all start more stable than flight numbers. They beat in pretty quick and then stay at that flight for a long time.
