This humbles me when i say im trying to film a movie in NYC (on cellphones). I know nothing about editing and can barely make an instagram reel? Is there a hack for this, to apply asap, then learn later?
Davinci resolve studio version has it. You can use a find edges effect, reduce the threshold, tint it red and add a subtle glow then set the layer to screen. Theres also some 3rd party plugins you can get for it
