    Very interesting discussion. Four months ago I have gone to a low-carb diet. Prior to changing to a low carb diet, at the age of 47, I constantly had stiff joints and joint pain. I was starting to move and walk like a 70-year-old. I blamed it on gout which I do have. I now suspect that my stiffness and constant joint pain was a result of an imbalance between Omega six and three. Four months later I feel like a new man. I feel great! People really do need to sit down and seriously study nutrition and consider the effects of nutrition on their bodies. Once you get to a certain age, your body is going to start telling you how you treated it.

    Hmm I know grass fed beef is the way to go but never thought of the chicken
