Love the content! Have you been able to cover the spin-out issue with the Hero sensor of the Logitech mouse? Been experiencing this issue with different logi mice using my pulsar glasspad.
Hey, Zowie just announced they're releasing all their mice as wireless, full range. But I guess if the FK2 and the G Pro X had a baby, maybe this would be it.
Spewin. Just wore out my MM720 and was keen to get your MZ1 wireless and can't find it in Oz. Have you got any tips where to find it other than Amazon?
Starting to wonder if they're between batches or may not renew it now because it's getting a bit old... which may also mean we might finally see an update, but yeah no clue right now, sorry! I don't actually work for Cherry Xtrfy so I'm not actually in the loop on what they're doing/what's coming next.
@@RocketJumpNinja That's all good, cheers for the reply. I followed your Amazon link and found it cheaper with much better postage cost, so I will just go through there. I appreciate what you do.
Zy, have you ever thought of updating the mz1 to include a new sensor (3395) and maybe 4k polling? I've been thinking of picking it up as a fingertip option but I really want a 4k mouse. If not I'll just try and catch it on sale
All i want in a mouse are 4 things 1. Rechargeable 2. Not high polling rate 1khz max 3. Lightweight 4. Medium size hands / claw grip around viper v2 size So any recommendations ?
im a little slow is the vaxee xe-s a new mouse? i mean if the xe gets a little lighter with better tech it might as well be the best mouse after the ninjutso sora v2 or fanatic maya, so im a little confused please someb0ody explain it as if you are talking to a 5 year old
the XE-S is a newer, smaller version of the XE, and is also the first mouse by Vaxee to come in at 60/near 60 grams.. Also, in the same way that Zowie has multiple sizes of the same shape, Vaxee now has a small (XE-S) and regular/medium size (XE). Both now come with up to 4K polling. I run my mice at 2K though so I don't have to charge as frequently.
@@ohimdabiggestbirdI liked the xe-s. It’s pretty small though, I had to put on some sospacer shapeshifts (basically grips that change the shape) so I could pincer claw it. Ultimately it was too small for me - but it was excellent. Zowie also announced the fk2-dw which is wireless 4k and 65 grams. Then there are leaks and rumors that Steelseries is releasing an updated Sensei and Sensei mini at like 45-50 grams. My personal preference for weight is like 48-52 grams so… light enough I can move quickly but not so light that I lose stability. I think it depends on what game you play, what shape works for you, your budget, etc but Vaxee mice are excellent. My favorite shape from them has been the np-01s but it’s not perfect for me. It’s a little too small and the np-01 (the bigger size) is a little too big. Both are too heavy for me. What’re you looking for out of a mouse? If you’re okay with a mouse being 60 to 70 grams, I think you can’t miss buying a Vaxee mouse. If you’re okay with wired, I’d check out endgame gear. The xm2-8k and op1-8k are both incredible. I also had a sora v2 and I’ve tried the maya. There are so many awesome mice out there, it’s hard to make a bad choice!
I agree, I fell in love with mine but the cable broke on it and I got lazy to fix it, lowkey just want the wireless one but the availability is horrible.
@@HollowRick May be a different shell and button texture as well. The mouse lost its texture too easily for me. I would still love to have a wired version though. So there would be no issue with high polling rate, if Xtrfy would follow 8k polling rate trend.
@@_paczki My cable broke less than a year in. Started a case with xtrify, but said fuck it and bought a replacement braided cable from Etsy for like 10 bucks. Very easy to replace. Recommend the same for you!
I think it comes from people who bind scroll up/down to jump in specific games, so if there is a problem with the scroll wheel they end up randomly jumping? Someone can correct me if I'm wrong here
It's when the scroll wheels get stuck in between steps, and in games where we bind the mouse wheel to "jump", it'll tick over and cause us to jump. It's just how wheels work, unfortunately, but still hoping for a solution because it's really frustrating jumping during battle when you don't mean to... really throws off your aim.
@@RocketJumpNinja I think it will be easy to solve, once appropriate people start thinking about it. It will be much more difficult to convince anyone that it's a worthwhile problem to solve than actually solving it.
Pretty sure you could massively reduce this issue in a fairly straightforward manner. Scroll wheel encoders do differ in their number of steps, and increasing the step count could be a viable solution. Here's what we know: 1. Standard encoders: Most gaming mice typically use encoders with 24 steps per revolution. 2. High-resolution encoders: Some mice, especially those marketed for productivity, use encoders with 48 or even 96 steps per revolution. Doubling the number of steps could potentially solve the "limbo jumping" issue by: 1. Reducing the "dead zone" between steps 2. Increasing precision, making it harder to accidentally leave the wheel between notches 3. Providing a more defined feeling for each scroll input
@@yaboirairai Did you get AI to write that? I actually asked the companies if there were encoders with more steps and they said no... now I have to ask why, because that was my solution too. More steps = less space in between them = fewer limbo jumps. I'll ask again.
I have been using FK2 since 2015, and it was irreplaceable. Bought Gpro Wireless and just used it for work, but not for gaming. Now I got XE-S, and I don't think I will be going back to Zowie FK2 wireless. Personally I find Zowie lacking behind competition. It's like they greatly defunded R&D.
the best wheel ever made imho is the logitech g9 one go check that out and compare it to the new ones they use now like this is the only time you really don't have to reinvent the wheel
Something different, but switched back to Keel already, this is just old footage as I did a heap of mouse reviews in a row and still catching up on editing them.
Zy´s Reviews are still the cleanest on RUclips. Love them.
Can't wait to see the new mice you've been working on. This build up and the wait is killing me
Good to see the addition of the top button under the scroll wheel, no idea why so many great mice just get rid of it.

are you going to review the Vaxee E1?
Hi Zy. Will you ever review mice from ATK and VXE? They seem to have amazing features for very low prices.
FK2 wireless from Zowie will just be an instant buy for me. Ultimately miss that FK shape and size!

I main the Np-01s but just bought this anyways to try it. I loved the og Xe's shape so maybe this we'll be nice
Got a np01-s wireless, sadly that thing is creaking more than an old house. Sensor is also extremely sensitive to dust or spots on your pad.
Reminds me FK2, best shape ever.
