    This is a good discussion about how and when one can do padmasana, and I know there are some of your Omstars colleagues that have classes to prepare the body for it with a full asana practice, but have you personally, Kino, created a video on Omstars or here on RUclips that has a similar prep that is at least a half-hour? Basically, hip openers and others that help people who can almost get to lotus to safely get there or those who need to know how to properly prep for it without wrecking their knees?

    My ancles hurt the moment I try to do full expression can anyone tell my why this is happening ? Is there tension in my exterior part of my ankles ?
