    Subject: Disappointing Experience on Amsterdam to Naples Flight
    I recently traveled with my dad on a KLM flight from Amsterdam to Naples, and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. The air conditioning on the plane was a constant issue, oscillating between extremely high and super cold after passenger complaints. Amidst this discomfort, my dad had a health incident in the bathroom, fainting and spraining his ankle.
    To make matters worse, the response from the cabin crew was disappointing. When my dad emerged from the restroom, the hostess offered no assistance. Despite our requests for sugar and basic aid to help my dad recover, there was no first aid available, and no attempt to seek medical help on the plane.
    Feeling abandoned by the staff, we had to request a wheelchair and an ambulance ourselves. The lack of support and care on this flight left us with a sense of being treated like strangers rather than valued passengers. I hope KLM takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues for the well-being of their passengers in the future.
