that is so true , it's hard for me not to stuff myself in the premenstrual phase , but when i'm not hungry, it's hard for me to make sure i'm eating enough bcos i feel like i don't want to or need too.
do you know if soy affects the menstrual cycle? I know soy is beneficial in menopause and is good for male hormones. I have heard that soy can cause heavy periods but im not sure if this is true.
No, not when eaten in moderate amounts (3 servings/day) it should not have an effect as it contains phytoestrogens and they bind to beta receptors, not alpha receptors like our own estrogen does. It's an incredibly healthy food and has been shown to be protective against certain types of hormone related cancers!

Amazing video. I am writing a list of foods to incorporate into each phase. I would love it you could do a video for ovulation!
I definitely will!!
I do eat sauerkraut & tempeh. I did buy kimchi but haven't tried it yet.
Oh enjoy! I
Tempeh raw ? 😮 😅 oh my. Tempeh bacon was on sale today! I love giving it a nice sear on each side. 🥓
Helpfullll!!
So nice! Thank you, Crystal ☺️
Ooo loved this girlfriend!! Can you do videos for the other phases too!? 🙏😆🥦🥑🍠🫐
Yes of course!
Do u recommend fasting / OMAD during this period?
Can you post a video on how you exercise??
Yes I have one on my channel! Its how I sync my workouts to my cycle!
Post ovulation is my MOST uncomfortable time. Bloating and gas is horrible at this time. I loathe this more than period time 😢
