Hey! I get how frustrating that is, so I try to always offer free alternatives to follow along with my tutorials. In this instance, I've provided the flower stamps for free, and linked the Procreate All-Star pack as a dropbox link, as that has some great smeary oil brushes that would work great. Hope this helps.
