I guess the old one sounds too alive, upbeat for underwater (that it’s starting to sound not Esfera, more like an Aquarium expansion BGM) so they made it into a trance pop by taking out the guitar. The guitar sound and the louder spectrum of the songs got replaced so it sounds more like calm underwater of a calm sea of beginnings

I think this version is more fitting. The strings in the old one made it too bright and lively for a map that's supposed to be underwater, and it didn't match the ambience of Sellas' other OST.
@@XMansive thats the point it lively... even underwater... aqua road is too lively, so lets make it more toned down. edit: the map itself doesn't match with the other sellas maps too just like the bgm not matching with the other two maps. why? bc its a different area.
yeah the original sounded like a deep seas kinda feel, while this one sounds like... a washed down version of the original (or like the "prototype"/ first draft of the original)
