pro tip: if your low on arrows, and facing an archer, let them shoot at you. you can pick up the arrows that miss, then when you have a full quiver, let it shoot one more before you take them out to stay full.
I just realised Girahim could be a smash character Up B= snap teleport Side B= running sword attack Down B= counter Neutral B= those little projectiles he shoots * at the time of writing I haven’t fought girahim II yet So this is based off of girahim I
His final smash could be like Bayonetta where he would be the 2 version for a period if time and if he deals like 30 to 50 damage then he'll activate the down teleport move as it

Someone should do a compilation of funny moments for this HD play through I bet it would be very enjoyable to watch. For example when Austin says he hates electric enemies and when he is sarcastic 😂. Or when he repeats what he wants to do multiple times because he failed the first time and sounds very annoyed and then moves on like nothing happened.

I stopped playing Skyward Sword a year ago because I didn't think I could beat this guy, but I just tried again today, with help from Austin John, and I got him! Thank you!!!!

( Cause I have the Wii version but I ragequit not even halfway through the first temple and have not gone back to it once) When I got to the Goddess Wall at around 12:50, I actually succeeded at drawing the Triforce for the first time! So I had to giggle at your reaction to getting hearts. Then again, I don't use the motion controls if I don't have to. I use my Switch in handheld mode constantly

The last time Ghirahim does met Link was in the boss room of the Ancient Cistern (part of Water Temple) and he does summons Kolotoks for a showdown. Ghirahim does not appear in Lanayru Sand Sea, as well as Sandship.
Excellent video, as always. Just a note - I was able to beat Ghirahim by using my shield parry when he flung those red things at me - I parried and those red things damaged him. I also highly recommend getting upgraded healing potions before the fight - those saved me.
at 32:34 link is holding a master sword that is not fully complete, and still needs to finish one more update to it. It needs the triforce symbol on it to truly become the master sword we all know. Having said that I do not think it will be long before the master sword its fully powered and awakened too which will be shown hopefully in the next video or video after that.
There are arrows and a fairy on the right before the fire moving platform. When you get to where the guy is hanging, you can use the gust bellows to blow away the fire parts in the floor.
that one chest you missed was in that room with the big broken up spiral staircase- there’s vines on the walls to use your claw shots- in the chest i got was an Evil Crystal so that was totally worth going back for!! lol

I learned that you can use basically any form of impact to knock the water plants. Bow, clawshot, beetle. Even slingshot. I'm not making much use of my scattershot these days so it's a good way to save arrows.
I spent 30m-1h in the room after the dark lizalfo fight, noticing the plugged mouth but not any bomb flowers, only to watch this video seeing bomb flowers in the cave. I was doing so well at not watching a walkthrough in the dungeon at all before and I was so proud of myself, and it was a shame that I watched this video only to realize my own obliviousness and ignorance to the bomb flowers. For sky keep im gonna try to not watch a walkthrough at all.

I'm guess you at least got back to where the burrow hole is if you were wandering around. After that, go past the area where you fought the lizalfos, then instead of going through the door, turn right and take the shortcut-the gate where the switch is should be open at this point. After turning right, just go in the door. That will take you back to the locked key door. Do NOT clawshot your way across after you turn right, that will take you to a separate area
Maybe for future walkthroughs you could also show where you are on the map so some people aren't so confused. I've been trying to find one spot you're in for like 20 minutes because you don't show where it is and aren't super detailed as to where to go you just do it. Kinda hard to follow along when you get lost somewhere and can't find your wasly back
I don't know if it's just because I got better with my sword or it's something else, but ghirahim seems easier the second time then he was the first encounter. He's even slower to block your sword and he has even bigger and easier to attack openings.
if you go back to the room with the beetle bomb on the dragon lava water fall there is 40 rupees that res pawn every time you go back in the door ima fill my wallet to 5000 even if it take a while lol
Austin, instead of doing that motion you use, why not draw one large triangle first. Then move your pointer inside and draw a small triangle inside. Rather than trying to draw 3 triangles close to each other.
Have you tried drawing the triforce the way you had to in Phantom Hourglass? It had to be done a specific way or the game didn't recognize it. Maybe this is similar
How should you suppose to know that you can catch a water orb with your sword?! I spent a long time on that puzzle. You should introduce the player to the new game mechanic and then put it in a puzzle
You know what's funny, is even if link gave him the sword and told him where it was. It wouldn't matter, since he needs the fully upgraded master sword which fi and the old lady to bless it. But that ain't happening so the end. No legend of zelda series no time and time again coming back since well he can't open the time gate. yeah yeah he could just wait till he brakes the seal naturally. But still a funny thought in my head
Another way to bear ghirahim is to get the potion that makes you take less damage than upgrade it than once you defeat the first part you use it and it should last the whole battle

With Ghirahim you want to hold your sword in one spot before switching, not constantly moving it.

You can use the dust bellows to cool down the lava. :)
