It certainly gives you a sense of wonder and awe as Godzilla makes his entrance. Not to mention a sense of hopelessness as your realized that they got a little problem.

I can agree, there were some cool concepts, like mecha goji turning into a sentient city, E!Goji literally warping the world into its image, and dare I mention Void Ghidorah, but the movies weren't as interesting as i thought when going into them.

I love this version of Godzilla because to me he really gives off the “don’t threaten or fuck with my kingdom and I’ll let you live” vibes because Godzilla never really went out of his way to attack anyone without him being attacked first. Sure he killed almost all the other monsters before he made the earth his kingdom but that just makes him more bad ass. This movie really made me root for the humans to at least survive. I didn't hate Godzilla at all, I still love him. I just fell so sorry for the humans and the humanoid aliens in this movie. :,( Hope at least some of the main cast besides Haruo managed to survive. Especially Yuko, Mulu-Elu and Metphies. This has to be the most emotionally gripping and memorable soundtrack I've heard for an animated film since Disney's "The Rescuers Down Under" and "Atlantis". I've been a Godzilla fan since I was a small child at 4 years old. I was a tiny bit disappointed hearing that Godzilla Earth was a mutated plant. However, the size, and the power that this Godzilla holds, has made up for that. Plus the design is great. I have yet to watch the series. I always loved the Godzilla themes. And this one is a great new theme. Suitable for this type of new, and immense Godzilla.
The theme can provide so many emotions in the view of Godzilla. Not exactly evil, just a large beast, with the powers beyond the imagination. Yet a threat to humankind, an end to civilization. This theme truly suits this God-like creature.
The one thing i will always remember from watching this on netflix is the amount of effort and lives lost that the people who came back to earth put into bringing down godzilla and how you had mixed feelings of like "yeah! they got him!" and "Oh fuck...they killed godzilla!" then in the aftermath someone brings up a point of "hey...its been x-number of millenia since we left...shouldnt he of grown or something?" then que this span of mountains and land just exploding to be followed with "oh fuck...we killed baby godzilla...dad's pissed." that was a massive "oh fuck my life..." i ever got from watching anything godzilla related.
The whole song is not just about a god who is defending his dominance over earth. It's also about a parent who is avenging his dead progeny (Godzilla Fillius?).

When this theme started to play -- every single time -- it was terrifying. Did a great job of creating a sense of dread and impending destruction. This trilogy and its music were amazing.

I love this version of Godzilla because to me he really gives off the “don’t threaten or fuck with my kingdom and I’ll let you live” vibes because Godzilla never really went out of his way to attack anyone without him being attacked first. Sure he killed almost all the other monsters before he made the earth his kingdom but that just makes him more bad ass. I understand why people don’t like this version of Godzilla but to me this is the most epic version of him. For me he’s definitely better than Monsterverse Goji

MrDibara according to the new trailer, it seems most of the main cast survived.
This has to be the most emotionally gripping and memorable soundtrack I've heard for an animated film since Disney's "The Rescuers Down Under" and "Atlantis". I can definitely hear some Bruce Broughton vibes in here, mixed with the original greatness of Hattori of course. I can also hear some of Space Godzilla here.

I’m not sure, when the Monsterverse Godzilla proved his dominance as the alpha titan, Godzilla Earth would challenge him or bow down to him, but it would be most likely to bow down to him, because the fire Godzilla power up could potentially melt him since he is made of metal, also he could rely on the muto’s emp attack to break Earth’s shield

@@tluigi2400 Godzilla earth also had a burning version and also the EMP has to be really close to his organ and even if did impact Godzilla's shield it will only go down for a short time before it's up again and remember the scene in the 2nd movie when he got injected with EMP harpoons he turned that energy overload into immense heat so doing that is really idotic because you just made him even more stronger and impossible to defeat because now you can't approach 1km near of him without melting

I've been a Godzilla fan since I was a small child at 4 years old. I was a tiny bit disappointed hearing that Godzilla Earth was a mutated plant. However, the size, and the power that this Godzilla holds, has made up for that. Plus the design is great. I have yet to watch the series. I always loved the Godzilla themes. And this one is a great new theme. Suitable for this type of new, and immense Godzilla.
The theme can provide so many emotions in the view of Godzilla. Not exactly evil, just a large beast, with the powers beyond the imagination. Yet a threat to humankind, an end to civilization. This theme truly suits this God-like creature.

I really feel like the anime was inspired by the Millenium series, especially the roar and this theme sounds a lot like the one from Godzilla 2000.
The one thing i will always remember from watching this on netflix is the amount of effort and lives lost that the people who came back to earth put into bringing down godzilla and how you had mixed feelings of like "yeah! they got him!" and "Oh fuck...they killed godzilla!" then in the aftermath someone brings up a point of "hey...its been x-number of millenia since we left...shouldnt he of grown or something?" then que this span of mountains and land just exploding to be followed with "oh fuck...we killed baby godzilla...dad's pissed." that was a massive "oh fuck my life..." i ever got from watching anything godzilla related.
The whole song is not just about a god who is defending his dominance over earth. It's also about a parent who is avenging his dead progeny (Godzilla Fillius?).

This can’t be the same Takayuki Hattori that scored both Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla and Godzilla 2000. Those scores were slightly humorous to listen to. This is dark, extremely brooding, and seriously gives me the creeps.
