I put impeller clockwise to counterclockwise on rod .
How do you remove a lower unit from a DT 85

Did you do in neutral?
I have a 83 DT115 witch is supposed to be similar to the 140, mine has a plastic housing and inner sleeve and the kit is much more expensive for my model, seems to be more parts to deal with. Is there much of a difference between the two? Also do i need to remove the plate the impeller sits on and change any gaskets around?
Any help would be appreciated.

Si la conecte todo trabaja bien pero cuando lo puse en el agua no camina ni para tras ni para delante tengo motor suzuki dt150 super 6
Primero que todo, vamos a ver si estan entrando los cambios.
Fuera del agua, motor apagado.. pon el cambio en Neutral. La propela se debe mover para los dos lados. Reversa se debe atrancar. Y cambio pa Frente,.. la propela debe voltiar pa la derecha (mano del reloj) pero se atranca pa la izquierda.
Si no entran los cambios, ay que chekar esa varilla otra vez. Nesecita aliñarse y que entre bien.
