Queen absolutely amazing performance, Queen have sold 300 million albums worldwide, all the band members have written no1 hits, there greatest hits album is still the best selling album of all time in the Uk 🇬🇧! Absolutely amazing band live , no Auto tune in these days!
Queen does not usually block their videos so don't worry about that too much. I love this song , it takes me to my happy place. These guys were and are awesome writers, their music is timeless. On Queen's live stuff, there is a lot of movement on the stage, that is kind of their signature, that and getting the audience into it. Queen is actually better live than on these official videos. I love this band! not a bad song in their catalog and so many hits that you actually know but had no idea who wrote them and performed them. Thank you for your reaction.

Hi Greg, Brian May was lead guitarist and is still playing. Freddie was a genius song writer. He was magnificent and will always be missed. So good to see your smiling face and appreciation for Freddie and his brilliant band. Xxxxx
Queen are legendary. The four members are perfection. I would suggest “somebody to love”. And always, always review their live performances. That is the true test. If a band cannot be on point in a live performance then they are shit.
Here's a fun facts about Freddie since you are so into Queen. He has a serious overbite because he has extra teeth and would NOT get it fixed, afraid it would affect his voice. The way he held his mouth, his head, made his sounds higher. Also he had ventricular folds on his voice box that were unusual that he used although he had not had voice lessons to learn how to use them. Unfortunately, with all the touring he developed nodes on his voice box and in later years his voice, if over- used would crack. He was told not to perform Live Aid and went out and gave the performance of his life. It was said they stole the show. They were on the downside of their career, and this brought them back on the map. Sadly, when on tour, Freddie got the diagnosis...Aids. But, when he got sick, he had rested voice and could still sing those notes. He was a performer until the end. And we still have Freddie's wonderful voice with us.
Freddie had the greatest rock star voice EVER. There are other amazing singers as well but we all know they couldn’t top Freddie. And he had the most amazing charisma, swagger and stage presence. The band was so tight as well. Such an awesome song and group. Great review.
Please, please, please react to Somebody To Love live in Montreal 1981. You won’t be disappointed. Roger Taylor the drummer has an outstanding voice as well
The best feel-good song of my life, along with "Sultans of Swing" from Dire Straits, these are just making me happy anytime, anywhere. Music is the best!

Their lyrics are so creative. When I was a kid music and books were a way for me to learn things that school didn’t teach. If I didn’t understand something in lyrics I’d ask my parents. If they didn’t know or want to explain, I would look it up. All my books had notes in the margins for words I had to look up. Music is such an important thing for us all and especially our children. I love watching reaction channels and seeing people react to all different kinds of music. It’s so wonderful when we can open up to things we’re not used to. Sorry for the rambling message
ok, for the next songs you HAVE to do the live versions, especially from the '1985 Live Aid at Wembley Stadium'. you'll seriously be pissed if you don't. trust us 🌟 ps. it's kinda reductive to say this, but it sorta gives perspective: the saying goes "the only other person who rivaled Freddie Mercury in showmanship was Michael Jackson".

Freddie was a choreographer's nightmare. His spirit had to be behind the wheel in order to take off. It was the only way he knew how to perform. Queen found their match together.
Hey Greg! Just subbed, keep the Queen tunes coming! Oh, and welcome to the rabbit hole... you call them a "tight" band: Even though Freddie died 31 years ago, the band is still together and touring!! Queen and Adam Lambert are on tour now, and just played at the Queen's Platinum Jubilee!! Another song you might recognize is "Under Pressure" or "The Show Must Go On"... both Queen classics. Another song to acknowledge their talents is an old song of theirs called "Liar" and "Stone Cold Crazy"... thanks again for great reactions...blessings.
In an interview with Brian May, he revealed that he had mixed feeling about the song, written by Freddie. May said it was about Freddie's "stuff". They were in the cusp of Freddie and Queen's fame. Funny that Queen plus Lambert play it regularly. The lyrics are R rated; I'm a se- machine waiting to reload.....It is on a commercial now very watered down.
Dragon Attack and Another One Bites the Dust both live from Montreal concert 1981 are excellent. The band encouraged audience participation. When you watch their Live Aid 1985 performance, you will see the audience of 72,000 at Wembley, London singing every song along with Freddie, and his "call and response" with the audience is hard to resist joining in as though you are there with them. Live Aid was sent around the World by satellite with an estimated audience of 1.5 to 2 billion watching. It had most of the top bands, each given just 18 minutes to perform, to raise relief funds for famine in Ethiopia. Queens usual concerts were about 2 hours long. We are enjoying your discovery and appreciation of Queen. Well done!
Queens music always makes me happy and sad because Freddie was gone too young. He was something so different and wonderful but they are all wonderful. Each member was a star in their own right.
The whole band...Freddie, Roger, John and Brian were amazing songwriters, musicians and singers. Freddie was the perfect front man..with his stage presence. My older sisters had The Beatles ❤ and we all had Queen. ❤ 🇬🇧xx
So much to discover with Queen. All four of them wrote great songs, all of them sang (Freddie had 90% of the lead vocals, but the harmonies were great, too). And for the first seven albums (through "Jazz") it was all natural instruments, no mechanical drums or synthesizers. Pure brilliance Everybody will name the big hits, so let me campaign for a few lesser-known songs, all by Brian May (guitar) "Brighton Rock" (on which Brian invents his famous speed-panning guitar technique) "Now I'm Here" (do this live, perhaps from Houston in 1975 or London in '79; Freddie really interacts with the audience) "Teo Torriate (Let Us Cling Together)". I keep trying to describe this and failing, so let me just say "love song" and let you discover the rest. "The Prophet's Song". (Brian's equivalent to Freddie's "Bohemian Rhapsody' only longer and even crazier. You'll love it.) Keep digging!
Absolutely love watching you respect and enjoy Queen! My fave since forever (saw them live in 1977 for $7). Albums used to come with liner notes and it was so cool to sit with my dictionary every time a new Queen album came out. You are spot on about how the performance is focused on the music. It’s a shame big venue music is so over produced and focused on solo acts now. Back in the day it was so much more about bands, appreciating the contribution of each musician. They were musicians, not musician/dancers. I recommend you check out their song “Killer Queen”-my favorite lyrics (from their more commercially successful songs anyway). Keep enjoying!
You really need to find the Live Aid performance where Freddie is doing the sing along that they called "Day oh" It was connected to the song Radio Ga Ga
He was well educated..the same as the rest of the band......he grew up with docter who..and star trek..haha...he knew the way of the world.....Legend..we miss you.
genuine appreciation, exactly what reaction should be... amazing artists - the whole band. they do great concert in Montreal. check it out! first time visitor and i'll be back!
You’re right about things being more simple back then. Just good music with truly talented musicians. No strobe lights, no computers, no flames, no dancers. Music was better back then and so were the concerts!
This song was my first true Queen exposure when I was 10 or 11 because I had to play it for band (I played 3rd trumpet for that). I read my music and decided to listen to Don’t Stop Me Now’s actual recording. Ever since then, I’ve been in love with Queen.
You need to show the concert for Live AID. ALL OF IT MANY DIFFERENT GROUPS AND YES QUEEN WAS THERE. THE WHOLE SHOW WAS 🔥. MUCH LOVE TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY 💕BRANDI MODRAK 💕❤
If you like Queen song lyrics, my faves are “Seven Seas of Rhye,” “The Fairy Feller’s Master Stroke,” “Death on Two Legs,” “Keep Yourself Alive,” and “Stone Cold Crazy.” Pull these up on a site where the lyrics scroll along. These are way lesser known songs but also some of my favorites musically too.
Freddie Mercury was a sophisticated songwriter, he often wrote unusual lyrics, he was very creative and unique many ways.

That was real talent!
Great reaction, If you’d like to try a different genre, try Cool Cat, it’s sort of smooth jazz & Freddie sings in falsetto for the whole song.
You are in for a hell of a ride with Queen! Enjoy it, I'll gladly come along.
There. Will never be. Another freddie mercury his voice was pure gold ❤️❤️
I absolutely love Freddie Mercury!!!! ❤️
genuine appreciation, exactly what reaction should be... amazing artists - the whole band. they do great concert in Montreal. check it out! first time visitor and i'll be back!
Stone cold crazy is my fav! Well worth a listen. Queen is amazing! Freddy is the GOAT!
Saw Queen on their Fat Bottom Girls Tour 77/78. Girl from school and i screamed the whole time in between singing of course. good times!TY
Love your laugh, do some more live, Queen is always better live, Montreal 1981 : everything is good in this concert
You are spot on with your analysis about performance then and now.
Enjoy your observations
You’re right about things being more simple back then. Just good music with truly talented musicians. No strobe lights, no computers, no flames, no dancers. Music was better back then and so were the concerts!
I love how happy you are listening to this genius!
This song was my first true Queen exposure when I was 10 or 11 because I had to play it for band (I played 3rd trumpet for that). I read my music and decided to listen to Don’t Stop Me Now’s actual recording. Ever since then, I’ve been in love with Queen.
Btw love it hair down... Love yoh notice the lyrics. That makes this 56 year old very happy
You need to show the concert for Live AID. ALL OF IT MANY DIFFERENT GROUPS AND YES QUEEN WAS THERE. THE WHOLE SHOW WAS 🔥. MUCH LOVE TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY 💕BRANDI MODRAK 💕❤
Welcome to Queen and beloved Freddie.
