I've tried this cream just now ,its amazing!unbeliveable,the flowers look as real one,coz the cream not as buttercream so fatty,even my color drops can be mixed perfectly.thank you so much ! besides,its yummy,not oily at all

Hi ! I am wondering about making an experiment. I would really like to avoid artificial food colors. Do you have any idea what would happen , if a part of water had been substituted with a fresh red beetrot juice??? I want to give it a try. Maybe it would make a pink cream?
I believe if you have a dehydrator you might be able to really dry beetroot slices enough that they can then be put in a clean electric coffee grinder to maje a powder. Add this powder to get pink or red. Matcha powder makes a nice green
i usually use mayonnaise as substitute for sour cream when i bake..i wonder if you can use it too for this recipe.sour cream is hard to find and expensive

The reason she suggesting a spatula is because one a whisk is usually metal and as it thickens and thickens and thickens and thickens it will not be moving through your whisk it'll be too hard you're also not one to create air bubbles you're just wanting to combine
