Ingredients:
Compound white chocolate 300g
Unsalted butter (room temp.) 270g
Icing sugar 480g
Vanilla Extract 5g
Procedure:
1. Melt chocolate using double boiler method then set aside to cool down.
2. Cream your butter and gradually add icing sugar into 3 batches sifting directly onto the creamed butter.
3. Once combined add in vanilla extract and beat again.
4. Last step pour in melted chocolate and mix well.

what chocolate do you use? compound or couverture?
usually compound is used for choc cream as couverture melts easier & faster than compound :)

White chocolate is already sweet enough, and here added so much sugar
So difficult to figure out this recipe. Melt chocolate, mix it. Then another time adding chocolate... How much? The amount not shown. The idea is good, yet looks not presented well. 🙄
