You are right, Qc2 probably was better to prevent the knight attacking your queen, but the knight attacking your queen is a massive blunder that loses the rook for black, and if your queen was on c2, the chances that he jumps with his knight is much lower because it didn't come with a threat.
The queen move allowing the queen rook fork was the better move cause I was the perfect bait to win the game. Next time u just have to calculate it before the trade
Also move 14 you considered moving the pawn forward to damage his pawn structure but didn't see he could take with the queen. Then you considered placing your knight on the edge of the board which would have accomplished you goal of defending that pawn for a turn but you have to remember that knights are weak on the edge of the board so you don't put them there unless you have a really good reason
15:24 it was the only legal move there
If you don't see Qf8 is a forced move even after it's made, those mating patterns really need some refreshing.
You are closing in on the 1000 elo! Just a little more to go! Good job, man!

You placed your pawns on the same color square as the bishop you kept. Stop doing this

@@mathewchristman3435 well, also, just how the Queen could take his pawn if he pushed f6, the queen could take his knight on h4 lol
