Can the modifications the hue/Saturation layer makes be restricted to just a single layer? It keeps changing all my layers. I don't want that.

Hello! I am having a problem in photoshop, I often see speed painters (like Shal E and WLOP) change the hue and saturation on specific parts of their drawing using the selection tool, I'm not really sure how they do that. Can you help me?

Use one of the selection marque tools, and while its selected you can then play with the adjustments
