@@CarSharingJho Does the same concept apply for charging a guest a cleaning fee? I mean like if they left a water bottle, soda can(s), or any kind of dirt/debris in your car. Thanks!
@@kennybrown931 getting a cleaning fee approved by turo is much more difficult, in that the car must be EXCESSIVELY dirty to get paid for it. Turo states “An eligible cleaning issue is one that only could have resulted from irresponsible or abusive behavior.” I’ve only had 1 cleaning fee approved in almost 300 trips and it was from when our car was stolen and there was excessive pet hair. The simple things you stated wouldn’t be enough to charge a cleaning fee for.
great to know. if you don't prepay for gas how do you know when it needs to stop? are you filling up before every rental or just check the gauge while its gassing? (I ask cuz my gauge doesn't show as it's filling since it's digital) thanks!
On the last screen before you SUBMIT the incidental, there’s an option at the bottom that says something along the lines of “save and charge for another incidental.” If you already submitted an incidental you can cancel it and do it again and add the additional charge on the new one.
Great video Jho!! We also give our cars out on a full tank every single trip. Makes gas reimbursement a breeze 🙂🙂
Thank you and yes it does! No issues disputing with anyone.

@@CarSharingJho OK thank you so much for your response.

We give the cars out with a full tank of gas every single time so it makes it easy to know how much gas was missing.
Thanks 👍
No problem 👍
I have a guest who had extra miles and refueling charges. How can I do multiples incidents charges as it only allows me select one at a time time?
