To any of DSP's fans that may stumble upon this vid that continue to give DSP money. John and Howard knew DSP better than u ever will, they were friends once. DSP's one aim, one goal, one motive is to repeatedly part his paypigs with their money. He sees u as objects not human beings the ear marks of a narcissistic sociopathic snake.
John and Howard probably knew DSP better than anyone will fans or detractors. You can understand their frustration about how Phil used them to milk them.

I’ve listened to this a lot and the more I listen the more sad it is. John and Howard must be glad they severed ties with him while they did. Phil still maintains that André and Paul didn’t want money, yet Howard says they were working 50-60 hrs a week just to edit the scenes they did for project 7. If they worked that long on editing they deserve money for their effort. But no. Pig roach will only work with others on projects as long as HE gets all the money.
Either Phil is lying, extremely selfish, or genuinely has some issue with his brain cause, assuming he's even correct about them not wanting money solely for the sake of argument, there isn't a shred of actual want to to pay them when they insist on not needing it. He says it like he just kinda shrugged it off. They said it so Phil can just wash his hands of it and forget it existed, I guess. He talks about backing off so he doesn't irritate them but that's only when they leave to raise their kids. Phil doesn't even consider something like a goodbye gift, he's just insistent that because they said they don't want money that he should just not give them anything
Just feels like Phil only understands things in a very literal sense. If someone says something, he doesn't think about how or why it's said or that maybe the person just doesn't wanna demand anything. He just hears what's said and takes it as is. I think someone who genuinely wanted to reward them for their hard work, not even an obligation just wanting to treat them right, would have insisted a bit harder and tried to convince them that their work is worth being paid for
I come back and listen to this every once in a while. These guys are so humble, even while having to talk shit about someone. You can tell they dont really wanna do it. Meanwhile dsp plays the victim, and will talk about the drama every chance he gets. For those ♿ of his that say phil is a good guy, and doesn't lie, etc, this should be the video they get pointed to. And dsp hasnt changed (even tho he tries to convince himself every day), he's the same POS that only cares about two things.. Money, and himself. And if you cant benefit him in either way, he doesn't care about you.
I also come back and re watch this from time to time. It's like a really good cautionary tale.

@Everything Else It shouldn't make sense that the closer you get to the guy, the worse he treats you. These guys were his friends and all he saw them as was free labor for his fucking RUclips channel.
Even if they didn't ask for the money outright, common courtesy would have told you that a real man would have tried to make his boys whole. All that money he was blowing on toys he could have kicked to the guys. Instead, he spent it all on himself because his fucking mom didn't buy him a Wolverine toy.

This is a situation in which once again he did nothing wrong. He did everything correct, and by the way Rambo agrees with me.
I'd be down to listen to these two just talk about anything tbh. What really separates them from Phil is that they seem genuine and honest and just really seem like they do what they do for fun. About the things Phil has done, wow I couldn't at all do the things he did to my friends or even just acquaintances that helped me out with projects. Im like the type of person who always helps someone out with things in anyway I can and what John and Howard said about how they talk about their current lives and don't expect the other to be able to fix things is spot on. It is just great to let it all out and just vent on it. Really glad they lost Phil's number, they seem like great people who never deserved the shit Phil gave them.
Wonder what they do now, checked out both their channels (not sure if its a current one or a past channel) but haven't seen anything been put out recently from both of them so hoping they are doing well.

The more you listen to this video the more you come to the same conclusion. Ever since John and Howard put the response out Phil has been proving them right ever since. Especially when it comes to damage control, Phil continuing to find ways to monetise them (John and Howard), Phil putting words in people’s mouths, the drunken Tweets that started as drunken texts, struggling to adapt and compete in a constantly growing competition when it comes to content creation and most importantly as Howard points out Phil showing no respect for friends, family, the living and the deceased, he (Phil) only cares about himself.
One other takeaway is the more you listen the more you understand why several former fans of Phil revolted and either became detractors/critics or just plain and simply moved on. Phil Burnell wasn’t the reason several people tuned in to watch Phil Burnell, John Rambo (and Howard to an extent although chiefly John) was the reason why people tuned in to watch Phil Burnell.
Listening to this again I wondered if some of the dislikes on phil’s vids in today’s timeline are from those still waiting for John Rambo to return? Now and again I notice in Phil’s chat some of his fans ask where John is or why does Phil no longer do things with Phil. Either they’re trolling or they’ve got a lot of catch up to do.
I do admire John to an extent for cutting his former friend some slack but Howard had good reason to go for Phil’s throat (in a metaphorical way obviously). Respect the pact were Howard’s childhood friends and Phil didn’t talk to them about payment cause he hates parting with his money. That and Phil monetising Scott’s death and T(ee). Phil doing exactly that was the final nail in the coffin on the friendship. It was all but dead after he moved from Connecticut to Seattle but the moment he monetised the death of Scott and a person who was already dead for two decades (Tee was killed in the late 90s), it was the last straw for John and Howard.
Phil monetising the deaths of those people is the early stage of what he’ll do to his parents when they pass away and if you saw his crocodile tears when he talked about his parents in thanksbegging 2020, it’s all but clear he is wishing for them to kick the bucket. Heck if Kat died all of a sudden he’d monetise her death for all its worth. Besides his Fragile rice paper ego and himself, money is all that Phil cares about.
When you see the forest for the trees you realise that Phil had allowed himself to be consumed by greed and John and Howard cut the cord to save themselves from succumbing to Phil’s greed.
Wherever you are today John and Howard, I hope you both are doing well and staying safe during this Pandemic. Glad you both moved on to better things.
Sorry for the large comment but as Golden Triangle Gaming/GTG/Cute Pup in a Sharp Suit bought up in passing every time he watches John and Howard’s response he feels like he’s learning something new. He’s not wrong and like I said since the podcast came out Phil has proven John and Howard right.

This Tell All Rambo and Howard were forced to make in order to defend themselves after the unsavory slanderous behavior of the PigRoach is sad. Rambo emphasizes how dsp repeatedly offended him with his complete lack of thoughtfulness and consideration to the point he needed to cut the cord due to the harm it was causing him personally.
TLDR; Being friends with the predatory pig wasn’t worth the grief.

This has got to be the saddest look into Phil's life. I know the bank leaks and everything showing how much he spends on hogan's is shocking, but this dude can't maintain a relationship at all. He WILL die alone, miserable and full of regret. I mean it's phil so I don't feel bad for him, but as a regular style person with the ability to empathize, this is such a depressing story.

After years of hearing Howard's famous "googats" line on decorator ball Z I've finally listened to the podcast. They seem like nice chill dudes, that are feeling genuinely hurt by someone they thought was a friend. No idea how you could treat someone like this. If I had a friend that introduced me to another person that became my friend, and then that dude got a crew together to help me create a show I've been wanting to do... they'd be my ride or die at that point. I'd be like "whatever you want Howard, it's yours! You want my stupid statues? They're yours! Take my car too. Hell I'll fly into space and move the sun so the light doesn't get in your eyes! You too John help yourself to a statue, have a go at Panda lee if you want too!"

He plays video games all day long, doesn’t care to understand the concept of fairness, still whines about his parents, and talks constantly about things he doesn’t understand. Also as you said, never at fault and never willing to face any of his critics or trolls. He’s a spoiled child. Bailed out by mom and dad at almost 40! Yet still shit talks them on occasion. Narcissistic, sociopathic, immature. Genuinely bothers me the way he treats family and fans. I’ve seen some of his fans, and yes it’s absolutely true that some of them have actually mental disabilities. They take Phil’s word as gospel and that’s sad.

I know they said they don’t want to hurt him, but couldn’t Howard and his friends have sued dsp for the unpaid money from project 7? You often hear the odd story of x being sued by y for unpaid royalties.
This comes way belated but here goes: they possibly *could* but it'd be really hard without a written contract on how much they were supposed to get and the like. It's also why Channel Awesome wasn't sued, they're working basically on good faith because of, you know, thinking they were friends. Also, without a contract, Phil could counter with defamation and have a good chance of holding them liable.
It also doesn't help that Phil was the one with numbers and viewers, making John and Howard easy to get dogpiled on by sycophants (just like Doug Walker).
