Well done sir i do keep the odd one for the table usually 3+pounder , i live in dublin bass fishing is good here north or south of the city but my preference would be south where i head off with my VW camper for few days the sand-eel lure its the best all rounder lure in my box,reading the sign at the end of your video rules in ireland bit different(EU) your allowed to keep 2fish within a 24 period , my PB 12 pounder was actually caught on the fly but conditions not always calm so when it blows its spin rod my set up savage rod 9/42grams 9ft and I’ve treated myself to new penn authority 3500 fed up buying cheap reels this one will see my days out ,fly rod 9wt. Ireland sounds awsome for the bass, i do need a proper reel as mine gets alot of punishment lol. I wil try get some footage of flyfishing for the bass over here👍

Yes minimum on the isle of man is 50cm no bigger than 60cm but check your local rules online👍
