You can eat young pumpkin leaves raw I throw it in my fruit smoothie or slightly streamed to your preference in chicken gravy not this big cooking and if you use young tender leaf you dont have to strip the stem .,.Great video .,.

it’s strange there here we believe that if you wash them they will not be ready but after this video I will be washing them because some people here have told me that you can wash them no problem

Us we do wash it after cutting with warm water, mine i like it with tomato only without oil, if i add it looses its natural taste for me though ❤

The way you cook ugali is different from us here in Zambian. We first boil water then mix the maize meal with cold water and pour in the boiling water to make a thick porridge. We allow the porridge to cook for about ten minutes then start adding the maize meal bit by bit until it becomes thick and soft. Simmer for another ten minutes and mix hard then its ready.
