    Am telling you me I do take almost an hour removing the fiber woiii,,,but I love them soo much especially now that it's raining they have grown so much and so i eat almost daily.

    I am not African so this dish is very new to me. What is the texture of the vegetable after cooking? Crunchy? Medium soft? Soft and creamy?

    Why didn't you use munyu as the tenderizer?

      i mostly use munyu for kunde.. but u can use it for this if you fancy it.. no worries

    If you do not like plain pumpkin leaves,what other vegetable can you mix the pumpkin leaves with? 2. Can you use cooking cream in place of milk?

      that was regular milk dear.. but u can use coconut milk if u wish 👍🏿
