Zach and his wife smiling after breaking Keegan's heart was borderline psychopathic
Zach just desperately clinging on to the idea he's part of the cool kids is the only reason Keegan was not on that team. Makes me sick.
Yup, felt like he had to pick thomas to keep the boys happy. If he was alpha in that group he would have done the right thing and picked Keegan.

Great reliving the details of why the US team failed and how Zach didn’t have the courage to do what’s right instead he did what’s popular. Other players more deserving than JT and Rickie. Keegan was playing good, Lucas was putting lights out and good putting is a premium in Ryder cup and DJ had better Ryder cup record and experience which is what ZJ used as reason for picking JT. ZJ stressed making the call to Keegan because he knew he was making the wrong decision. PGA players keep mention how important legacy is, ZJ cemented his legacy as worst captain ever.
Keegan showed how good of a person he is during this show. And JT showed big of a baby he is!
Zach’s phone calls were so awkward 😂 I’m surprised he agreed to it, he came across as so unlikeable. Good scene though and interesting to hear about the logistics behind it
Fred Couples wanted to be captain, they took Zach instead, big mistake. Keegan had a much better year than JT, but JT got picked because he is buddies and hangs out with Zach.

Keegan should have been there 100%. At the end of the day, the skills you need at the Ryder Cup is golf skills and Keegan was better ranked than JT. History of being there shouldn't mean anything with all of these guys having golfed in competitive environments their whole lives.
Bryson should have been there over fowler also

This was such a crazy scene in Season 2. Felt terrible for Keegan!
Keegan should have been in. Always go with the hot hand. Bryson should have been added for burns or Fowler.
Zach having dinner with the Jupiter Frat Brothers and the wives is a very bad look for a captain. Jordan asking the captain the odds of golfers in the room making team? I like these guys, but this is pathetic High School stuff! Johnson is a follower not a leader. This Netflix episode is more embarrassing than the defeat in Rome.
His reputation was cemented in that scene. Everyone, everyone was cheered at augusta on Friday when I went. "Let's go Conners", "c'mon Stubbs"... absolute silence for Zach😂 it was honestly weird.

Big loss was Lucas glover, who had the hottest clubs out of any of the picks at the time. Captain though has to make those tough choices
I'd like to see an episode about how Amanda and the Golf World "experts" were so incredibly wrong about the Ryder Cup. Once ZAch screwed up the picks..it was all over. Must have been great having JT in that losing team room !!!

There was a lot of coverage during the Ryder Cup about how the Europeans set up the golf course to play to their strengths. You should check it out because this is the real story of the team’s success and Full Swing doesn’t touch on it.

It is a Bad system in that the Players can pick each other as they are asked, who would you like to play with in Ryder cup. JT will pick Fowler for sure.
Man Keegan should have been there instead of JT. Hindsight obviously. But it was kind of obvious to lot of peille JT was in bad form last season especially at the end.

Ryder cup episodes were good. The rest of the season was really boring as a golf fan. Drive to Survive has access to the best drivers not just the middle tier. Was hoping for more.

That’s funny bc this scene was nearly unwatchable for me. Having to watch ZJ and his sociopathic smile after breaking someone’s heart bc he made a spineless decision, to all the guys answering the call acting like they were super cool and non chalant about being asked was painfully cringe.

JT is a competitive animal with a previously great Ryder cup record and multi major champ. KB is a great golfer but is more quiet and without a decent Ryder Cup record without a major. I would have picked JT any day of the week in this situation

Chad Mumm doesn't play golf is my guess. Full Swing is unwatchable. There is zero golf in it and it even managed to make the Ryder Cup boring.
