Something tells me Bandai Namco wanted to make it's own Berserk game but didn't want to purchase the license so they said "we have Siegfried so let's make hima Guts expy, let's do the Eclipse lite and the Ganishka invasion along with the New World arc into one game and it'll totally be the same."
