Ash, can you do a video please about how to carry a mobile phone without ruining the line of your clothes, especially the jacket. It’s very difficult I find.

Ask you tailor; maybe he/she can add a pocket to your jacket. Modern jackets have pockets for smart phones; on the left side, where the normal inside-pocket is, just deeper and further back. Where 007 has his gun 😂 So it is hidden deep in your left waist - nearly invisible! Have it in all my jackets and I am extremely satisfied.

Recently made a (key) protector from two swatches of Baker Russian replica left idle on the side. Lovely scent to it too.

This is why I carry a bag. Putting things in pockets is horrible for clothing (it doesn’t last nearly as long), horribly uncomfortable and horribly ugly.
The exception to all of the above is cargo garments. But unless you hike or do other heavy duty physical activities, cargo garments are also horribly ugly.

Got the swanfield wallet two years ago and it looks better than when I got it. Barely notice it in the pocket and has grabbed the attention of many others when it is brought out. Can’t go wrong with CF

I wish I only had pocket clutter to worry about. However, I’m far to high maintenance and need a small duffel for all my kit
(Piel leather)😂😂😂. Spending one’s day digging out items such as calendar, lunch, book, water bottle, running clothes( the list continues), gets somewhat preventive. Thinking about it, my bag is the little bit of chaos that I allow in my life…That and my pocket square box! Got that tip from you Ash👊

I really like that card protector.
One thing that I've been tempted to get is a small leather card holder to hold my driver's license and an insurance card or two.

I must be honest here. I was going to say how they ripped of Secrid, by implementing the same card mechanism as they do. That was until I saw they teamed up with Secrid on this product. That being said, 145 euros seems kinda steep for a 25 euro Secrid card holder with a strip of leather over it. Secrid also offers much cheaper leather options with the same card holder design.

Greetings Ash, I purchased the Key organizer from Carl Friedrik a moment ago in black with my initials. I do have a minimalist wallet, but I do need a better one to hold my business cards

I'm glad you covered the key organizer. I bought myself something similar to it off of amazon and while It's great in theory. It's awful in practice due to a loose screw that refuses to stay tight and hold the keys in place. (but than again, you get what you pay for) How has the retention been?

Good so far. The key organiser comes with several washers, which allow good tension. 4-weeks in and I have not lost tension yet.

Among my items I always carry a minimalist Swiss Army knife. Small knife blade and scissors attachment only. What I am looking for is a pouch for it. You can get them for the larger knives which have a multitude of attachments, most of which will never be used but not for their small knives. What I want is something in a soft leather, possibly chamois which seems appropriate but would go stiff if it got wet and therefore not practical. Any ideas anyone?

Handy tips, Ash. My pockets are a disaster zone: Phone, glasses, tissues, cigarettes coins. Where to put everything? The problem is compounded in the summer months when I'm wearing less clothing and also need to find space for sunglasses. I resorted to a bum-bag at one stage, but it looked awful.
I used to carry a little "Emergency Box" which contained: Swan Vestas, a condom, a plaster and 20p for a phone call. I also had a pocket-knife with a handy belt-clip, but I don't now because it's illegal.

The most stylish men in the golden and modern eras of Hollywood use valises. They’re always either smooth calfskin or smooth cowhide.
These men never put things in their pockets. Some of their characters in movies, in plays and on TV shows do, most don’t.
Common folk men in pre 1950 usually used valises, too. Putting things in pockets started becoming a thing for common folk men in 1950. But it wasn’t common until 1980.
Common folk men started using bags (not always valises) again in 2001 (the technical beginning of the 21st Century and 3rd Millennium) and started using pockets less. Hollywood men in real life were never into putting things into pockets.
Of course, Hollywood men have and have always had their bodyguards hold their valises when paparazzi take pictures of them. Everything I say here about Hollywood men equally applies to all other men that are either public figures, rich or both.

They must be pompous and effeminate. Form over function. I'm not bending down and digging into a suitcase every time I need to pay or ID myself. Who has that time?

@@PowerofRock24 It’s easier than you think if you buy the right bag and take the time organize everything properly in the privacy of your own home. And it’s easy and quick to organize everything properly unless you’re dumb and/or impatient and/or lazy.
