Dudeee, that movie is incredible but it aged badly hahha hey I got a pretty cool Vionentus VN100 with an airtag slot and also leather details, nothing to envy of the other ones with Lacoste
I first heard of Rite In The Rain when I was in the Army. At the time, they only had field books and notepads. Now, they have a multitude of items that are both durable and reliable.
Casio F-105W watch. It’s often just below $20, it’s a basic watch, waterproof and tough, with a low profile making it easier when having to jam your hand in tight places, and the backlight is the bright type making it easy to read in the dark.
I agree. I bought it about a year ago as my first watch, and I never plan on buying a watch again. It does anything I need it to do, and is reliable and super light. The only thing I reccomend is changing the strap, as the resin one that comes with the watch isn't super comfortable.
I didn't know I need some of the stuff in this vid until I saw it lol, like the key smart thing, I need to do my list once again. Also, I was wondering if there's any wallet you recommend for EDC, thx
hey Kev, I was looking for a new wallet too a while ago to change mine (it was destroyed haha), so I purchased this Vionentus wallet and it has been pretty good by now, I have it for 6 months or so
It's not under $20 (roughly $30 on their website) but I recently got Carhartt's front pocket wallet. Without trying to sound like an ad, for me it definitely hits all the marks for a lightweight slim, yet practical wallet with enough slots for your essentials, but probably not dozens of cards. I've been happy with my swap

Firefighter here, and I think those “glass breakers” are useless toys. It drives me nuts that every little EDC trinket is supposed to double as a glass breaker (why?!). If you want the capability to break glass (eg in a car,in case you need to get in or our very quickly), your best bet is an automatic center punch, like the ones you will find in metalworking. That’s what we use. Failing that, at least get something that you can get a good firm grip on so you can give the glass a good whack (wear gloves!). With this tiny thing all you will achieve is an injured hand.
kindly, ANY knife would be better than the Gerber paraframe (butter knife steel). Just a few, Kabar dozier, opinel no.6 carbon steel (or stainless if humid environments), ganzo knifes all of them (440c used under $20), milwaukee fastback 48-22-1505, kershaw knives with 8cr13mov or better D2 options like the shuffle series, or my favorite Cold Steel mini tuff lite (4116 steel still better than gerber paraframe). Ontario Rat 2 in Aus 8 is about $25 and worth it. you're welcome.

damn I was about to dunk on the Anker 511 Portable Charger but I've never thought of using it as a regular power brick plugged in. It's battery bank usage is quite terrible (I'll get 25% on a full charge) but charging up to 100W on plug in with the right cable and device that allows it is pretty dang awesome

That Paraframe blade was a clip point, definitely far from a tanto. Otherwise a very informative video with good tips 👍🏻
Thank you! I was just about to post the same. Cool little knife though, and - for me - much preferred to a tanto, unless reversed.
I doubt, that the glass breaker on the tritium rod is useful. You should make a video about testing that capability

Tanto blade? Where? And is this the first time this guy has disengaged a frame lock?
Some people are into the stuff we like but really don't know "knives" I cried when my dad stumbled on an axis lock first time I handed him one.
It's also pretty funny to see a paraframe on any "best" list
Casio also makes an entire range of fantastic digital watches that are less than $20. perfect for a extreme budget EDC
Pouch looks great, gonna get one of those

What is the name of the pen you see at the beginning?
How’s the pico pen cap lock? Does it just snap in place?
Try to carry a Zippo on any flight, see how it goes 😅. For one Zippo, one can buy 10-20 BIC lighters.
I used the ThruNite Archer Mini and I love it
The mini also isn’t tanto! 😕
